Located in the quiet and popular area of Les Abatilles, our pleasant 4* rated O' PhildesFlo villa will bring you comfort and relaxation to fully enjoy your holidays with family or friends. Completely renovated in 2024, our 140 m2 villa on a 545 m2 plot is close to the Péreire beach (Les Goëlands) 15 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car, by the path of the Tennis Club of Arcachon. Very close to you, you will also have local shops: Pharmacy, grocery store, bakery, bar-tobacconist, mini-market.

The accommodation
The house can accommodate 8 people with its 4 bedrooms including 2 bedrooms with King Size beds and private bathroom for each and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in 90.

The "Nature" room: In a natural atmosphere of wood and ropes, you can appreciate the King Size bed with a private bathroom, composed of a beautiful shower decorated with a waterfall, a vanity unit and mirror. This room has a view and direct access to the pool and its terrace with a double-pocket glass door.

The "Marine" room: In a boat-influenced décor, you can enjoy a twin double bed in "King size" configuration. This room, very spacious, also has a view and direct access to the pool and its terrace with a double pocket glass door.

The "Dune" room: In a natural and bright atmosphere of dune and beach, you will be immersed in an ocean beach, you will be able to appreciate a twin double bed. This room is located in the quietest area.

The "Seaside" room: In a sunny climate, you will appreciate the King Size bed with a private bathroom, composed of a very comfortable shower decorated with a rock cliff, a vanity unit and mirror. The bedroom has a separate toilet and direct access to the terrace and the Spa through a bay window.

The villa is also composed of another separate toilet and a third common bathroom with a shower decorated "nature and sand" with a large double sink unit, mirror and a washing machine.

For the main room:
You will stay in a spacious and air-conditioned living room of 60 m² with 2 bay windows, one of which is a huge accordion room that opens entirely onto the large terrace. It is equipped with a large kitchen equipped with induction hobs, an extractor hood, a built-in oven, an American fridge with freezer, an integrated dishwasher, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine and another with a filter. This kitchen has a magnificent central island with a very large sink adjoining a large rectangular table where you can exchange for more conviviality! The living room has a corner sofa with 5 large seats with a "cushion bench" in front of a large 65' screen. You will stay connected with fiber wifi connection. You will love the small reading area set up in this room next to a piano.

Outdoor design
You will enjoy a beautiful terrace of 120 m² with a salt swimming pool equipped with child protection (bar tarpaulin), a Spa for 6 people, and garden furniture for dining for moments of optimal relaxation! You will also have a shaded area to relax on the roof terrace under a very old strawberry tree and another space to have fun challenging yourself on the bowling alley at pétanque!

Everything has been thought out and designed at the villa O' PhildesFlo so that you have a unique stay, a great opportunity to spend unforgettable moments in the balance between relaxation, pleasure and rest.

Recommendations/Remarks

For the use of the swimming pool and the Spa, it is requested to rinse at the outdoor shower provided, as the sand deteriorates the equipment.
It is essential that there is the presence of a person in charge to supervise the children near a pool even if they know how to swim.PGJyPg

Respect the noise pollution schedules imposed by the municipality of Arcachon and for the neighbourhood. Event parties are not accepted.

Our animal friends are not accepted, an additional 300€ fee will be requested if this is not respected.

Bed linen: fitted sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers as well as towels and dish towels are included.

At the end of your visit, the villa and the outdoor facilities must remain in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived.
