The home we stayed at was clean, beautiful, well maintained, and truly a nice home. The bed, sofas, chairs all so comfortable and attention to the little details were everywhere. There were water bottles in the fridge, coffee pods, and just little niceties throughout.Luz was very sweet, available to answer questions, and even arranged to upgrade the house we stayed at due to construction happening near the original booking! This is a family owned business, and they truly take great pride in ensuring your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

The home was extremely clean and comfortable. Host was very receptive and offered to work with us if we needed a late check-out but we didn't need extra time. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was supplied with everything you would need to cook a meal. Location was not too far from the strip or the airport. Vegas Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house, and would definitely stay here again when we visit family in the area. It was very neat and clean when we arrived, the host was quick to respond to any question we had. Check-in was easy with a code, and we had access to the garage to park our car. Appliances were all modern and new, and the bathrooms were very nice. Overall a great stay!

Great Vegas Stay

First of all, Luz is an amazing host. Incredibly fast and responsive (within minutes) of any question or need that came up. The house is setup as a rental, which is fantastic! All the little touches (work desks, soaps, place settings, coffee, stocked kitchen, first aid kit, etc..) are so nice to find when you need it. You can smell the cleanliness as soon as you walk in and everything is in good condition. Beds and pillows are comfortable (hotel style). All of our group had a great stay here.

Overall stay was very good. Good location for us as we were golfing at courses in the Summerlin area. Neighborhood was quiet although we did not spend a lot of time outside the house. Host was very responsive before and after the stay, we did not require anything while we were there. My only two comments are I wished it had a regular coffee maker, I'm not a huge fan of Kurig. And there is only one toilet in the unit. While the MBR has a Master bathroom, there is no toilet. I am not sure that was indicated in the description so if it was, I certainly missed it!

Thank you so much for your feedback we’re very glad you enjoyed your stay and the location! We just wanted to clarify that the home actually has two toilets, as shown in the listing photos and description one inside the main bathroom and another one in the hallway for the other bedrooms. The master bathroom has a separate door for the toilet area. If there was any confusion, please know you could have called or messaged us anytime we’re always happy to help right away. We truly appreciate your comments and hope to host you again soon!
