Relaxation guaranteed in this pretty little atypical house with private pool, completely renovated and "homemade", 10 minutes walk from the city center of Cuers and multiple hikes (on foot or mountain bike).
In complete autonomy in a 2200m2 outdoor area, private swimming pool of 3.5mx9.5m (depth 0.5m to 1.20m, available from May but not heated), shaded terraces, garden furniture, sunbeds and parasols, BBQ, petanque, hammock, fish pond, truck equipped with fridge and volleyball/badminton court.
During the cool seasons, cocoon yourself by the wood stove in a comfortable space.

The accommodations are for 6 people (preferably 4 adults and 2 children).
Sleeping in the house with 1 double bed on the mezzanine and a sofa bed in the living room area (preferably for children for comfort reasons).
In the independent bedroom on the pool side, a queen size bed in a comfortable cocoon with water point (the room is independent at the back of the land so not suitable for young children alone).

Equipped kitchen available, with a dishwasher.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a raised toilet. A washing machine.
On the terrace, you can enjoy beautiful dining and relaxation areas in the shade of our favorite tree bringing the freshness just necessary in these summer periods.

Cuers is the ideal and central place for all the discoveries of the South East: you have quick access by motorway to many well-known tourist sites of the South East of France: Hyères and Toulon and their beaches 20 kms away, The islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros from Hyères, The cities of Cannes, Saint Tropez or on the other side Cassis, Marseille, Aix en Provence about 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes. The Gorges du Verdon too!

Cuers also offers a multitude of relaxing activities (tennis, basketball courts, skate park, cinema on Wednesdays, shows in summer, media library) and hiking (on foot or by mountain bike). Many leisure activities are easily accessible in the neighboring towns and we will not fail to accompany you in your search!

We live in the same city so we are easily reachable and present if needed. We will be there to answer your questions and make your stay as pleasant as possible in our little corner of nature that we love so much.
