HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

(Designed to keep the home peaceful, safe, and enjoyable for everyone)

• This is a quiet, relaxation-focused community and parties or events are strictly prohibited. We know this style of stay isn’t right for every vacation, so we kindly ask guests to book only if this atmosphere aligns with your plans. We appreciate your understanding. -Only guests on the reservation may be at the property. The HOA requires reserving guests to be minimum of 25 years old and to be present throughout the stay. All guests names and all car information must be provided prior to stay.
• Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM and are strictly enforced by the community; violations may result in fines
• No parties, events, or large gatherings—registered guests only
• Children must be supervised at all times near the lake, dock, boats, and fire-pit
• Guests may not bring personal boats; all watercraft must be owner-registered
• PA fishing license is required and can be obtained online at the Pennsylvania State Fish and Game website
• No exceptions: No pets, No smoking or vaping, and No fireworks at any time
• Driveway parking for up to 5 vehicles; street parking is prohibited.
• A short-term rental agreement and liability waiver must be agreed to.
