We stayed in the midst of August and had 0 issues with the house being too hot, it was very comfortable. The house was gorgeous, clean, and had a lot of charm. The property management company was fabulous about communicating. There were a few MINOR things such as the ice maker was incredibly slow… but this did not impact our stay whatsoever, we just bought a bag of ice from Circle K which is 2 minutes from the house. The house was in the perfect location to get to any nearby tourist areas such as the Chapel, popular hiking trails, and restaurants within 10-15 minutes every time. We absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to return to Sedona. I highly recommend this house!

The house is a great size in a good location on the south end of Sedona. It's ideal for hiking near Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock and for visiting the Chapel of the Holy Cross. It's not far into the rest of Sedona. We were surprised that no reviews mentioned that the main bathroom does not have a door separating it from the main bedroom.

Wonderful views and location!

My family of 5 had a great time in Sedona and the house was great. Very clean. Very good communication. We would definitely stay here again. We had a little trouble with the hot tub but then realized there were controls both in the house and out at the pump. The pool table got used a lot which was a bonus. Overall great stay!

Absolutely amazing, that’s all we can say about this great house with tons of room with every amenity you’ll ever need. The pool was absolutely gorgeous. The waterfall just added to it. The Hot tub was great and it was just outside of the master bedroom just down the outdoor stairway with great lighting everywhere. The kitchen was wonderful, and totally stocked as far as pans, dishes, and everything you would need. The kitchen table is huge. It could easily hold eight people. It was just my wife and me for eight days, and it was very hard to leave. The house would be very comfortable for two couples with children. The house was located in a beautiful area as soon as you get into Sedona, there’s a beautiful drive from there into the city of Sedona, not too far but the scenery on the way is absolutely amazing. Overall, my wife and I 100% recommend this house to anybody who would love to get away and relax.

Sedona Stay

First time visiting Sedona and logistically excellent place to stay and convenient to visit many of the sites around Sedona. The location was just North of Village of Oak Creek and adjacent to Bell Rock and Cathedral sites. Excellent facility for us!!

This was our second year at Indian Cliffs Retreat and it was just as perfect as our first visit. We all loved the home, the set up of everything and just loved having the pool. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We had coffee every morning on the upper deck watching the hot air balloons go up. It was just magnificent.

Perfect place to stay

The home had lots of room. Things to do and unwind after a day of travel or hiking. Management was great to work with. I would highly recommend.

Fantasic place to stay!

The house is gorgeous, with huge windows, mountain views, pool, hot tub, and game/tv room. There was so much space for a family stay. It was very clean - the master bath looked brand new.It was a great location with restaurants and shopping within a 10 minute drive, and some great hikes within 10-15 minutes as well.Great location to get to

Great Family vacation

This was a great property for our family of six. In a residential neighborhood but close proximity to hiking, dining, shopping. We spent a lot of time exploring all that Sedona had to offer but also appreciated the beautiful pool and hot tub!

Sedona spring break

We enjoyed the stay. The house is comfortable and has everything we needed. The pool heater didn’t work during our stay because the air temperature was too cold, but the hot tub was great after our hikes.
