We had a great stay! The place was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The host checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well, and all of the instructions were clear and easy to follow. We had absolutely no problems during our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Love This Place !!!!!!

This place was truly amazing only issue I had was one of the restroom the shower door.didnt slide and my daughter sink didn't work properly. But the host was always there the place was very comfortable felt like home.. Beautiful scenery and quiet area, not to far away from the ⛱️ beach. We will definitely love to come back again and I.highly recommend this place again same service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bayview 5 condo

Very cute and clean condo, really enjoyed my stay here. Family of 4, plenty of room and everything we needed for our stay. Management was quick to respond to an issue and it was resolved quickly! Will definitely book this property again!!

Perfect location in home

Great home to rent. Very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. And great location. It was great to have the beach items needed so we did not have to bring anything extra. The host were great checking in with us during our stay. We will be booking with them again!

Great getaway!

Bayview 5 was a great place to stay! It’s on the quieter side of SPI which we really liked! There was a grocery, liquor store and seafood market within walking distance as well as the beach just two blocks away! Condo is very clean and updated with all the amenities you need! We will definitely be back!

Memorial Day getaway

From beginning to end, we thoroughly enjoyed this rental property. The owners were very quick to respond and very accommodating! We had a quiet stay in the most adorable beach condo right near the beach and the bayside. Place was clean and very spacious for the whole family! Everything was as advertised! We will surely book a stay here again. Thank you Rod and Rosa!

Beautifully Remodeled and Modern Apartment - so close to the beach

The property is a great space - clean, modern and comfy!! The location is perfect- within walking distance to the beach and Cafe Karma! The apartment is easy to find, everything is clearly marked for you to check-in. The space is CLEAN, modern and full of extras!! The hosts are so friendly and check-in frequently to make sure everything is going well. The apartment has everything you need - the bathrooms are spacious, the beds are comfy and the kitchen is stocked up with all necessities. We have stayed here multiple times and look forward to staying again!!

Happy stay

This beach house was really pretty. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and organized. There were beach towels to use. The patio had a good view and it felt very relaxing. I recommend this beach house. Communication was great. One little issue was when I tried to unlock the door to the condo I had to contact them because the code was not working besides that everything was good.

Wonderful Stay

Me and my husband had an amazing time staying here. I strongly suggest renting a golf cart because sand was everywhere in the car our first trip to the beach. We rented a golf cart the second time went back to the apt and utilized the chairs and beach towels provided by the hosts and enjoyed the beach. Literally everything you need for the beach is provided by the hosts. The only issue with this stay was the master bathroom shower door was missing so we placed a towel outside the shower so water wouldn’t go everywhere but other than that this place was perfect! We will definitely rent this place again in the future.

GREAT ACCOMODATIONS, GREAT VIEWS, GREAT HOSTS!

Our initial entrance impressions were OUTSTANDING! The Mood was set! All immediate concerns we had were quickly resolved(could not run TV remote)! Accommodations were first class, very clean, complete, plenty of cookware, spices, near new appliances, towels, bedding etc. The only shortfall was very limited seating foe additional guests.

Nice enough condo, not good for small children

We showed up to the condo late and we had it booked for the long weekend. Our 1.5 year old was not interested in sleeping, understandable after a 9 hr drive. We finally got him settled. The next morning he was running around and the downstairs neighbors kept beating on the ceiling. We literally had to carry our toddler all morning bc anytime we put him down, the neighbors beat on the ceiling. Not at all this condo owners fault, but it was very uncomfortable for us and we did decide to move to a different first floor rental. I did let this unit owner know that we only stayed in their condo for 6 hrs instead of the 3 days we paid for. Very little response from the owner. I didn’t expect a full refund, but a little something could have been nice. However, it was completely our decision. There is also no door on the en suite bathroom shower and caution tape around the patio that didn’t allow us to even utilize the first picture of the listing that is so cute. Otherwise, the condo is well stocked, very clean and was definitely comfortable enough to stay in.

Updated gem with a view

This place was nicely updated and had a very warm five I love sitting on the patio and looking at the day every evening on sunset

Perfect get away!

My kids and I were very pleased with these accommodations! They had absolutely everything we needed. The aesthetics were exactly as pictured. They had beach towels, an air mattress, beach wagon, beach chairs etc, which made packing so much easier! The beach was about a block and a half up the street, very easy walk. It was very close to everything including a karaoke club at the end of the street and a market for miscellaneous groceries as well - that was extremely convenient! Great place, extremely comfortable bed and beach chairs on the balcony where I spent a lot of time reading and contemplating. We would most definitely stay here again!

perfect place and location

condo is in a prime location close to beach and restaurants. it was extremely clean and with plenty of room. overall, would highly reccomend booking this place for an affordable weekend getaway in SPI!
