Duplex Cocooning

This beautiful duplex can accommodate up to 6 people. Three bedrooms, two shower rooms and an equipped kitchen. Each bedroom offers a 160x200 bed.
You will find all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. You could easily park on the street. Possibility to access the closed parking in the basement.
High-speed internet, a range of TV channels, sheets, duvets, bath towels and crockery are provided. A reversible mobile air conditioner is available in hot weather.
The apartment is spacious and the bedrooms are well appointed. In each room, you will find a connected TV to allow you to continue your programs at the bottom of your bed.

The kitchen is open to the living room and is well equipped (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle).
Two high tables and 4 high chairs separate the kitchen area from the living room. In the living room, you can sit comfortably to enjoy good times with friends or family.

The apartment is equipped with washing machine and dryer.
Located on the 3rd and last floor.

All accommodations are accessible but depending on the number of people included in the reservation, some rooms may remain closed. From 4 people, all rooms will be accessible.

Entry into the accommodation can be done at any time as it has been automated. No physical key handover.

In summary, the central location of the accommodation will allow you if you like walking to do everything on foot and avoid the incessant waste of time finding a parking lot especially in the city center of Amiens.

Saint Roch is a peaceful area of Amiens and the accommodations are located in a secure residence.

We will not allow parties, no noisy parties, no loud music. It is imperative to respect the neighbourhood.
