This condo is the Maui life of luxury you have been waiting for! Welcome to Koa Lagoon 201, a stunning ocean-front condo that has been fully remodeled and upgraded with exceptional furniture and features. Relax in comfort & luxury as you take in the panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, West Maui Mountains, the neighboring islands of Lanai & Kaho'olawe, and outstanding whale watching when in season.

This condo has been tastefully decorated and adorned with all new furniture. There is a large dining table to accommodate the whole family, as well as additional sleeping with the pull-out sleeper sofa. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all kinds of cooking gadgets for you to create amazing meals at home while enjoying the view. Additionally, a work desk is provided for those who are working remotely while on vacation. The master features a large king sized bed, extra closet space, a TV, and a bathtub. The 2nd bedroom has tasteful decorations, a large closet, and a queen bed. There are upgraded shower-heads for your comfort, as well as brand new ceiling fans in each room. There are 3 Split AC systems that blow Cold AC, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. The unit includes fast Wifi and cable, free parking, and a washer and dryer inside. For your convenience, we have also included beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach cooler, and beach towels for all of your beach excursions!

Situated on Sugar Beach, Koa Lagoon is a small intimate complex with only 42 units, a heated swimming pool, gas BBQ grills, and a large grassy area perfect for picnics and kids to play. When you stay at Koa Lagoon you're just steps away from Maui's sunniest beaches and beautiful warm waters. Along with swimming and surfing, you can also find great snorkeling, kayaking, paddle-boarding, and the occasional wind-surfer. A very short distance to the South, you will find restaurants, groceries, shave ice, and Azeka Shopping Center with wonderful amenities. Just a few minutes North of Koa Lagoon, is Maalaea Bay, where boats launch to take visitors on whale watching expeditions, charter fishing excursions and snorkel trips. This is a truly incredible and convenient location in heart of South Maui!

This place was almost as described. It is on a corner was my only issue(minor at worst). The host was excellent in communication. The rooms were as clean as can be for Hawaii and being open air on some windows (we knew this part), Mini Splits work great for the condo. Patio can get hot in the evening due to mini split on it. The only issue we had was the garbage truck at 6 am Friday morning. Luckily we got up before 6 that morning for an adventure but something guest need to know. The condo was excellent for my family of 5. They have it stocked with 4 chairs, umbrella and an ice chest. Worked great for traveling the island like we did. 4.5 stars for sure. The beach out front is nice but does have coral on it. Was told by a local that was from the rains a few months ago. We still enjoyed the am walks on it. Kehie is for a family that wants the slower pace and middle of the island. Worked great for us as we did adventures every day. Local food in Kehie is great also,

We’re happy to hear the central location worked well for your adventures around the island! We also appreciate your comments about the corner location. While we understand it may not be everyone’s preference, one of the benefits of this unit being on the corner is that it offers a larger floor plan along with additional windows, allowing for more natural light and an even brighter, more open feel throughout the condo. Additionally, the early garbage pickup once a week is actually a benefit at this condo complex, compared to some other larger complexes that pickup 2-3 times a week! :) Mahalo again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back to Maui in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful ocean front property. This condo is clean, well maintained and quite comfortable. The views are hard to beat! The primary bathroom was excellent, and while the shower in the secondary bath is a bit small I wasn’t any major issue for us. Overall this property had everything we needed for a great stay!The location was fantastic- just a few minutes from fantastic food options in Kīhei. While we were not able to enjoy the ocean right in front of the property due to brown water advisories after the recent storm, we did walk along the beach and were wishing we were able to take advantage of the ocean right at our doorstep. I absolutely recommend this property to anyone considering staying here and would happily return in the future.

Stunning condo in Paradise- a 10 out of 5 - the balcony is right above the waves and we saw humpbacks from there every morning . Located between two great beachs with Turtles and Seals on the beach. It’s walking distance to shops, restaurants and food trucks. The Staff was amazing. Pool is on the edge of the ocean. Super convenient to explore all of Kaiwai from.

Great Ending

This location had a beautiful view of the ocean and the mountains and a private beach. It was located centrally in Maui and gave us great access to all locations. The accommodations were very clean and well stocked. It was a great ending to a wonderful vacation.
