A spacious and pleasant house on a 1,500 m² lot near the beaches of Pointe de Pen Be, accessible on foot or by bike.
4 bedrooms; can accommodate between 8 and 10 guests.

25 mm from Guérande, its medieval town and salt marshes
A 5-minute drive from the large beach at Pont Mahé, a renowned spot for kitesurfing and windsurfing.

The house has two floors.
First floor:
- The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, gas stove, oven, and refrigerator.
- The dining room and living room.
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large closet that opens onto the terrace.
- 1 bedroom with a double bed, a crib, and a large closet.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower
- A separate powder room
- A room open to the living room equipped with a small sleeper sofa, which can serve as a fifth sleeping area depending on your needs.
- an entryway/utility room equipped with a washing machine.
There is also a garage, but it will not be accessible to you.

Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed, and a large closet.
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single mattress on the floor, along with storage space.
- A bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a sink, and a toilet.

The living room opens onto a large 70-square-meter terrace with tables, chairs, a lounge chair, and a hammock.

Please note: You’ll be sharing the house with our cat, Zaza, whom we ask you to feed every day. She’s very friendly and independent; she might come by for a few pets, but she won’t bother you.
Other pets are not allowed.

You’ll find several baby items on site: a changing table, a high chair, and a safety gate for the stairs and kitchen (if needed). Children’s books.
All bedrooms have blackout shades, and some have window screens.

Possible activities: shellfish gathering (mussels, oysters, clams...), Poudrantais-Pénestin sailing school, La Brière equestrian club in Assérac, Guérande golf course…
Sights: the Guérande salt marshes, the Arzal Dam, the wild coast, La Baule, Le Croisic, La Turballe, Piriac-sur-Mer, the Gulf of Morbihan...
Numerous seasonal markets in Pénestin and the surrounding area.
