We offer a set of 3 functional and warm cottages where you will spend a pleasant moment with family or friends in a relaxing environment in the heart of a small hamlet of 5 houses. Park of 5000m2 with swimming pool open from June to September and various play and relaxation areas for young and old. Close to Rochefort, Sugères, Saint Jean d'Angély, La Rochelle, Marais Poitevin..
The accommodation
Gîte 1 composed of a living room with equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge area with tv. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (one with a 140 bed, one with 2 90 beds) (loan of baby equipment) bathroom with toilet.

Gîte 2 composed of a living room with equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge area with tv. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (one with a 140 bed, one with 1 140 bed, and 2 90 cm beds) (loan of baby equipment) shower room, toilet.

Gîte 3 composed of a living room with equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge area with tv, DVD player. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (one with a 140 cm bed + shower and sink, one with 1 140 cm bed, one with 2 bunk beds) (loan of baby equipment) shower room, toilet.

Outside: individual gardens with garden furniture. The 5000 m² plot of land of the property gives free rein to various activities (outdoor games, or simply relaxation). Not to mention its secure, heated swimming pool open from May to October.

Various games on the property (petanque court, play structure with swing, trampoline, ball games, board games, ping pong table, table football, pool games, ...). Deckchairs and barbecue.

Laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board and toilet.

Breakfast basket (coffee, tea, chocolate pods) offered.

Dishwashing basket (dish towel, sponge, dishwashing liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet, hand soap).

Small parties tolerated UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS: We live in a hamlet with a very good understanding with our neighbours. No nocturnal noise, no noise after 10:30 p.m. (audible outside). We prefer to avoid fiestas such as bachelorette and bachelorette parties or big birthday parties. (check with the owners before booking).

Pets allowed UNDER CONDITIONS (to be discussed with the owners BEFORE your booking): 30 €/ stay/animal. (dogs kept on a leash), each owner must take responsibility and pick up their pet's waste.
Unfenced grounds. Please note that dogs must only stay on the part reserved for the gîtes.
ANY STAY FOR AN ANIMAL MUST BE BOOKED BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL!
Travellers' access
Traveller's area: 5000m2 of land (not fenced), with heated swimming pool, petanque court, children's play structure and other play and relaxation areas.
Please note that travellers are asked not to encroach on the private part (Your animals are to be supervised).
