Three bedroom 2 1/2 bath 2600 sq ft waterfront home with amazing big water views from almost every window!.

Enjoy nature and wildlife at our secluded lakefront oasis on one of the prettiest points on Lake Sam Rayburn. The home has 25 windows over looking big water for miles! The entrance to the property has an automatic iron and stone privacy gate and upon your arrival you will receive the remote control for the gate opener.

Bring your boat! This property is 10 minutes to Monterey park boat ramp and 8 minutes Hanks Creek boat ramp. You are also welcome to fish anywhere on the property.

This is a one-of-a-kind property located on a secluded point on Lake Sam Rayburn, adjacent to the Angelina National Forest. Naturalists will be thrilled to observe all the forest and the lake has to offer, including bald eagles, woodpeckers, heron, loons, ducks , Texas White Pellicans , hummingbirds, turkey, deer , otters, and foxes. Bald Eagles land in trees on the point and dive into the water to catch their fish so bring your high speed cameras and binoculars!

The house was lovely. The host was responsive and accommodating. I really loved all the little amenities they had put out for our stay i.e. little travel tooth brush kits, items to make smores. We had a great time.

We chose Eagles point for our yearly vacation with our family. The house and property were beautiful ! Charlie and Mollie are great host! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the beds are very comfortable.

Eagles Point is undoubtedly the best place with an unbelieving view that we have stayed at in all the years we have been doing this. Charlie and Mollie are great hosts and are always making sure that everything is to satisfaction with their guests and willing to to do whatever it takes to make sure they stay satisfied. Already looking forward to next year and hopefully will be able to spend another week at Eagles Point!!!

Best Rental Yet!

We've stayed in a number of rentals around Texas. This was by far the best we've stayed in. It was very clean, very nice, and a great experience. The communication was superb. We saw the eagles almost every day. We saw the osprey, too. We'd love to stay again.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear—we'd found a little slice of lakeside heaven. Charlie and Mollie have truly mastered the art of hospitality (we suspect mind-reading might be involved). The space was spotless, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel instantly at home—including a warm welcome for our beloved fur baby. There were delightful surprises tucked in everywhere—chocolate and wine for the grown-ups (yes, please!), and a coffee selection that kept us energized enough to play with the kids. The porch offered stunning views we never got tired of, and with plenty of room for the boat and a charming little beach to swim from, we were set for both adventure and relaxation.It’s rare to find a place that wraps you up like a hug and hands you a glass of wine—but this one does. We can’t wait to come back for more lake magic!

Beautiful home on Lake Sam Rayburn

Property was exactly as expected from the owner’s description. Beautiful home on an incredible part of the lake. We really enjoyed the outdoor living spaces and the fantastic views. Saw multiple Bald Eagles along with deer and other wildlife. Owners made the process very easy and were very responsive. We hope to come back soon!!

Amazing Property with Exceptional Hosts!!

My husband and I just spent a week at Eagle’s Point for our Anniversary and it was absolutely wonderful!! We wanted somewhere that was peaceful, relaxing, private and had fishing access on-site…Eagle’s Point absolutely fit the bill!!The house itself is immaculate and very spacious with huge windows throughout for absolutely breathtaking views! It is well thought out and we enjoyed the little extras, too, from the fancy massage chair in the master bedroom to the ping pong table in the garage. Outdoors, there is plenty of space on the multilevel deck, including an outdoor eating area, propane grill, firepit (perfect for s’mores), picnic table, and bench swing. In 3 evenings of fishing from the bank at the rear of the property, we caught over 40 catfish!! We didn’t even mind “feeding” the fish with our bait, because sitting there, listening to the lake was just so relaxing. FYI: The hill to walk up/down is pretty steep. We saw a variety of wildlife on the property, too, including deer (literally in the front yard), eagles, hummingbirds, and ducks, and even a flock of about 100 birds that swooped down to the lake to feed (it was an awesome view).Charlie & Mollie are easily the best VRBO hosts and were so great about providing directions, answering any questions we had, and providing recommendations for restaurants, etc. in Lufkin and Nacogdoches. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!

This property is gorgeous. This house is beautiful, secluded, and had everything and more you may need. Charlie and Mollie were great and checked on us and were so generous. This is perfect place for peace and relaxing from everyday busy life.

Has Wonderful as it looks!

Eagles point had everything you could need for your stay. The house was awesome. Wonderful view and great location. The check in process was very easy and our host Charlie and Molly were very helpful with any questions. Any item we may have forgotten they had readily available making our stay very easy. We will definitely be back again!!!

Gorgeous and Peaceful Waterfront Property!

If you are looking for beautiful views and privacy, look no further! Being surrounded by woods and unwinding on the deck was so relaxing and not hearing anything but the wildlife and fish jumping in the water was just perfect. We did see a few eagles and hawks flying around and deer on the road with their babies. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had and they provide so many amenities that all you need is your clothes and food. This is one of the best anniversary trips we've had! Thank you, Charlie and Mollie for being amazing hosts and having an incredible house on the water!

If you are looking for a place to get away from civilization and relax this is the place for you. Nestled high in the treetops overlooking the lake from an elevated bluff you will be at eye level with the bald eagles and osprey and other wildlife. Bring your camera and take pictures of bald eagles from the deck while sipping your morning coffee from our Gourmet Nespresso coffee maker. Our 2600 sg ft home sits on 3.5 private acres of tall East Texas pine trees and oaks. The home is filled with beautiful upscale finishings and numerous windows, where the big water views from every angle are stupendous! Plus you have over 1500 square feet of private decks to relax on and enjoy nature and the sunrise and sunsets!

The home offers fairly consistent internet through our WiFi . We are unable to have satellite TV due to the tree cover, but you will have plenty of streaming options on the smart TV in the living room

Your neighbors are the Angelina National Forest and Lake Sam Rayburn. This special property is remote and secluded and the reason why we have so many Bald Eagles and so much wildlife.

Getting around
Though secluded, there are conveniences nearby, including a Dollar General, Brookshire Brothers grocery and restaurants and gas just 15 minutes away. You can get to Lufkin in 30 minutes, where there are many great restaurants and other services to choose from including the wonderful Ellen Trout Zoo!
