Come and spend a few days in this pretty house recently renovated, very well located between marshes, forest and ocean.
The view is unobstructed on the marshes from the living room and the bedrooms, its sunrise and moon.
You will be able to take full advantage of the assets offered by the island of Oléron, including the large beach about 1 km away, (5 minutes by bike) accessible by a cycle path crossing the forest.
The shops and the small center of Grand Village Plage are 3 minutes away by car or 10 minutes by bike. Bakery, MarketU, Press-café-tobacconist, 5 restaurants, night markets and concerts throughout the summer season...

The house consists of 3 bedrooms upstairs with a bed of 160 or 140 in each and an extra bed of 120 in one of them.

Bathrooms:
On the landing, a large shower cubicle, a separate toilet and a washbasin.
In one of the bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
In the mezzanine bedroom, a small independent sink.

Modern kitchen very well equipped, built-in fridge/freezer, 5-burner gas hob, hood, oven, dishwasher and many utensils for cooking lovers!

Exteriors:

Outdoor shower on the terrace for returning from the beach,
Barbecue, picnic table and parasol set.
Private parking for 3 vehicles,
An adjoining plot of land on which a large wooden terrace completes the offer.

Note that the sunrise and moon are unmissable from the bedrooms as well as from the living room.
