Outside, a terrace, armchairs, sun loungers, dining table and chairs, and a griddle. A carport for two cars, equipped with a domestic electrical outlet for charging a hybrid or electric vehicle (slow charge). The surroundings and amenities: Beaches: Le Gurp and Vensac (5 km), Montalivet (10 km), Soulac-sur-Mer (15 km). The Gironde estuary is approximately 15 km away (Talais, Saint-Vivien-de-Médoc, ...)
In the village of Grayan-et-l'Hôpital (4 km), a SPAR supermarket, a bakery, a restaurant (Le Relax). Shops and restaurants at Gurp beach. Large supermarkets are located in Vendays-Montalivet (Carrefour Contact), Soulac-sur-Mer (Carrefour Market), and Lesparre-Médoc (Carrefour and E. Leclerc). Things to see in the region: Besides its fine sandy beaches, northern Médoc is full of picturesque sites to visit (the town of Soulac, the bunkers that are remnants of the Second World War, the Cordouan lighthouse, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, the small ports of the estuary, numerous cycle paths, forest walks... and the entire Médoc vineyard within easy reach). The resorts of Gurp, Montalivet, and Soulac offer many sports and outdoor activities for adults and children.
