The Court offers you a peaceful, relaxing stay in the heart of Seaside, with astonishingly convenient proximity to all the action. Following an extensive 18-month renovation, the town's old motor court now offers guests the modern conveniences they need, all in the Seaside vibe, with a hint of the traveling joys of the past motor court tradition.

Beyond the blackout shades of the room, gaze out on The Lawn, an impeccably landscaped garden. In the room, there is a queen-sized bed complete with luxury Peacock Alley bedding and Serena & Lily coastal furnishings. If you need to work or check email, there is a built-in desk. Also, the room has ample storage to stow your things with no cramping. An under-counter refrigerator and a coffee station with a Nespresso maker help to make your day more comfortable.

In the private bath, there is a marble-tiled shower and ample vanity. Plush robes are provided for your stay. Experience the rejuvenating effects of the rainfall showerhead and wand for complete relaxation. Ready to hit the beach? The Ruskin Street Pavilion beach access is across the street (with the iconic Coleman Pavilion a block away).

Outside, the room has a private porch that is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. The porch also features a hanging bed with a throw for the perfect quiet moment.

The location is one of the best features of The Court. The amphitheater is nearby. Also, you are just steps away from the charming downtown area with Airstream food vendors, treasure-filled shops, and restaurants. Back in your room, you’re away from the noise and bustle.

No one under age 25 allowed in The Court, Adults Only Residences.

*The Court is a 2-night minimum year-round and a 1-night minimum in Winter. The Court's yearly calendar is only open to book up to twelve months in advance to the general public. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. All occupants must be 25 years of age or older.

* Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $50 a day rental pet fee will be collected in addition to the flat $100 pet fee. Pets will not be allowed on furniture. No pet over 50 lbs.

Everything we wanted—from boutique shopping and art galleries to delicious food and vibrant bars—was just steps away. We parked once and walked everywhere, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable and relaxing.The layout of the property was something special. Each room surrounds a beautifully manicured grassy courtyard that adds a sense of serenity and intimacy. Our room was quiet, romantic, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for a couple’s retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem.The manager was also incredibly hospitable and made sure we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay, which added a warm, personal touch.This anniversary trip will stay with us forever. What a disappointment

I asked to be moved since only a few units were occupied and was told even though I have a service animal card that each unit was individually owned and we were not allowed to move. Left 2 days early due to constant noise and was not reimbursed for the 2 days. Found out from on-site agent, all units are corporate owned. No individual owners.

Solid stay at the Court

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can’t beat this location in terms of value + proximity to beach + noise level + breakfast spot outside your front door. Nice and quiet at night even though you’re right at the square and felt like we had the space to ourselves. A couple things of note. Two are easily addressed while the third is only a minor inconvenience:- The bed was extremely stiff. Felt like sleeping on a wooden board. It felt like a pull out couch (and I love a supportive mattress). On the opposite end, the pillows were super squishy to the point where we had to ask for more pillows just to level things out. These may be general preferences, but my wife and I woke up each day stiff, sore and not the most rested. If it wasn’t such a fantastic location and beautiful setting, we would have been pretty unhappy. Easily fixed by ordering some decent memory foam toppers and some different types of pillows for guest preferences.- Water pressure was pretty low. Easy way around this is to order some cheap high pressure water heads from Amazon that have multiple settings for guest preferences. Having to wash off Sun screen every day with that pressure was a time consuming process lol- there’s private beach access directly across the street for a spot we’ve stayed at as well. It would be great if they could finagle getting access to the beach there. Beach access was only about a 6 minute walk, but if they got this other spot mentioned, it would only be about a 1 minute walk

We didn't expect there to be no bathroom door, not ideal, and not that we went to watch tv but to note it is not lined up with the bed making it difficult to watch at all. We took our honeymoon in June and to my surprise, by no fault of The Court, Seaside was much busier than I had ever seen. But, with our room being on the road just behind the town center there was noise all night long, people talking and cars driving by. There was also noise from the coffee shop right outside our door at 6:30am, but it was convenient to have Black Bear right outside and is in walking distance to everything you'd want in Seaside.

We requested service our 3rd day. Bed made, new towels, etc. When we got back to the room we had some flowers, a bottle of wine and some fresh beach towels waiting for us. They absolutely went above and beyond!

Pros: location and beach access. Cons: TINY - just a queen bed and bathroom; no space for additional furniture No housekeeping service No daily garbage pickup - unless requested No clean towels - $50 fee to get clean set No daily restocking of coffee, water No privacy /No sunshine - with shades up, everyone walking on the path in front of your room can see inside; with shades down, you can’t enjoy the sunshine Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Great services and great location
