Great place to stay. Great area. The Host was very helpful and responsive to any requests and the owner was very accommodating when our flight out was delayed! Would definitely be a place that I would want to stay again!

This property was amazing! The location was perfect as it was incredibly close to Arashi and the close other beaches for snorkeling were walkable as well. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful family Christmas in Aruba! We loved the spacious house and the terrific location. We snorkeled every day and walked to the cafe at Arashi beach for drinks and snacks. The house manager was easily reached on WhatsApp and was terrific. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 9 (7 young adults) had a great stay. The house was clean, well appointed, and gave us plenty of room to stretch out. The location could not have been more perfect- best snorkeling on the island right across the street. Definitely recommend.

Family vacation

We had family from all over the country enjoy a fabulous vacation all together. We all had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were spacious and we could easily be all together. We all had a wonderful time here.

Excellent property in a perfect location!

We had an excellent experience staying at this property! There was enough room for the entire family (my wife and myself, 2 siblings, and 2 sets of parents). We enjoyed the beautiful open floor plan with family dinners and movie nights. We loved the outdoor space and the pool. The rooms were just perfect for the stay. And you really can't beat the location - just around the corner from popular beach and snorkeling sites. The property is also away from the large tourist crowd, but close enough to attractions to not feel too far away. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Aruba

Just an awesome trip! The house was fantastic and the location was perfect. Everyone explored and enjoyed your beautiful island. So much to see and so much to experience!! Amazing location and house! Home away from home :)

This is the second time Ive stayed at this house and the location and house are amazing! Management is top notch and extremely responsive with in mins! I would strongly encourage anyone who desires to be away from the tourist area, steps from the beach and to be treated as if you were part of their own family should consider staying here! Im very appreciative!

Perfect Family Vacation

This is a wonderful property with everything you need for a great vacation. The house is spacious and well equipped. The pool is very nice and well maintained. Having 2 bedrooms upstairs was a real plus for the adults without kids. What makes this property very special is the location just one block from the best snorkeling beach on the island...great for swimming also. The host and property manager were both excellent. Communication was timely and any issues we had...which were minor...were attended to immediately. We will definitely return!

Relaxing vacation

What a beautiful home! It actually looks better in person than in the photos. We had a wonderful week enjoying the pool and lovely outdoor spaces. It was so well-appointed. There was everything you could imagine for use in the kitchen and plentiful beach towels for our large group. It was perfect for our two families with “kids” ages 15-22. There is an attached bathroom in each of the five bedrooms. It was a short walk to Arashi Beach and other snorkeling beaches in the area. Thank you for hosting us!

Wonderful property!

Very spacious, clean property. Hard to find a 5 bedroom house with a lot of bathrooms like this one Pool and patio area were great to have if you want to chill on property. Individual A/C units in each bedroom and living area was nice. Property manager was very accommodating and took care of stocking the grocericies that we had purchased online ahead of time. Our only concern was that the two master bedrooms did not have room darkening drapes, which did make it difficult to stay asleep at night due to there being a lot of exterior lighting from surrounding properties. Would rent this property again.

Perfect Spot!

Beautiful home in a great location! From when we reserved this home until we checked out everything was top notch. Communication with the Property Manger was prompt and responsive. The home had everything we could ever need. A nice neighborhood, within walking distance to the California Lighthouse (a little more than a mile) and Arashi Beach. (just around the corner). The pool was lovely, and we spent two entire days simply relaxing and grilling. I would recommend a rental car as taxi rides could get expensive as the grocery store, shopping, and restaurants may be farther than one would want to walk. Parking is not a problem, right at the gated entrance to the property. When we return to Aruba this will be where we would want to stay again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Clean, Comfortable House with Prime Location

The location of the home is about one block from Boca Catalina Beach and some of the best snorkeling you'll find on the island. No need to hire a boat, just walk in off the beach. Less than a quarter of a mile towards town you'll find Tres Trapi, where you can snorkel or swim with numerous sea turtles. In the opposite direction, also less than a quarter of a mile from the house, you'll find Arashi Beach, with beautiful white sand. Get there early to claim a palapa, beach chair and/or umbrella. Enjoy beverages or snacks from the Arashi Beach Shack, and snorkel just a few yards further down the beach. The California Lighthouse and island-renowned Faro Blanco Italian Restaurant are also right around the corner, about one-half mile from the house. For anything else, take the bus which stops very near the house every half hour M-Sa and every hour on Sundays. The pool was immaculate and always refreshing and the outdoor shower allows you to rinse off when you return from the beach. The property manager, Alisa, could not have been more kind or accommodating. She made it possible for our group to simply enjoy our time in Aruba without having to worry about all the little things.

Wonderful house in the very best location you could ever wish for

The best thing about this wonderful house is it’s location. A 5 minute walk to the best swimming beach with the Arashi Beach Shack for food and beverages, 2 blocks to the best snorkeling beach and just down from the turtle beach. You can easily walk to all of them. The house itself has 5 bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms so there was plenty of room for our two families of 9. The beds were very comfortable. The house has a wonderful pool that has some shade in the afternoon if you want to swim and want to be out of the sun. There were plenty of beach towels. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need if you want to stay in for a meal, which you will because there is so much to do in the area. We rented cars for our excursions since you are a little bit away from the main high rise hotel area. We went there for meals, shopping and touristy activities, but we wanted to be out of the crowds and this location is quieter. Great for those who are not partiers and just want family time. There is a large grocery store which is 10 minutes by car away for stocking the house with food and beverages. While the house doesn’t have an ocean view, we took cocktails down to the beach to watch the sunset almost every night. Contact with the house owner and house manager was easy and quick. Elesia answered all our questions quickly and fully. Check in and check out was quick and smooth. You will have the best vacation if you stay in the wonderful home.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. There were 7-9 of us total. Overall, everything was great. The location cannot be beat. We loved being in this area, as it seemed more quiet than the Palm/Eagle Beach areas. It was less than a five minute walk to Arashi Beach where you can find chair and umbrella rentals. We walked to the lighthouse a few times (around 2.75 miles round trip) and also walked to the hotel zone the opposite way for our morning walks. We were never more than a 5 to 15 minute ride away to the restaurants and golf courses that we chose. The house was clean and the layout was great. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs (all with their own bathrooms). Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, and containers for leftovers. There were plenty of towels (both house towels and towels and pool/beach towels). The pool area is wonderful. There is a line for drying towels as well as a portable drying rack. The washer and drier were great. The beds were comfortable. There were a few times that we needed to communicate with the property managers. They were responsive and the minor issues we had were addressed immediately. Mid way through our stay, they started upgrades to the internet/cable in the neighborhood; the parking/walking area in front of the house was torn up, causing us to juggle the cars a bit. I would definitely recommend this house!

Unfortunately we couldn’t do anything regarding the cable company Setar decided to start construction outside they are upgrading the entire islands cable to fiber optics. Location! Location! Location!

Location! Location! Location! This spacious house has the BEST location for those looking to be within walking distance of the beach. Both soft-sand Arashi and Boca Catalina beaches are within the block. You can literally wake up and be snorkeling within 5 minutes! We thoroughly enjoyed waking up and taking walks up the deserted road to the Lighthouse. Or, explore the frontage road which is lined with volcanic rocks and tide pools. Sunsets from this location are serene and magical. See the power of the water as it crashes along the rock as you’re immersed in the terrain. Yet, you are a mere 10 minute drive to Noord and maybe 15 from the high-end hotel areas. Plenty to access within a very short drive. For our needs, this location was PERFECT!The house itself is great too. It boasts 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. We had 9 adults staying comfortably. The main living space has an open concept with the living room, dining table, and kitchen sharing a space. Yet, it is spacious. Everyone could feel included with a variety of seating options. The kitchen was well-equipped and provided all our needs. We were able to do laundry too. The bedrooms each had their own air conditioning unit- allowing everyone their own comfort level. The beds were not the most comfortable, but not terrible either. The showers were fine as well. Overall, the inside space was enjoyed. The outdoor space was fabulous! We had a pool that was kept clean with plenty of lounge chairs and seating options.

Snorkling Delight

House is well stocked ( Towels/ kitchen items and some pool toys). Bring your own soap and shampoo. The house was clean and roomy for our family of 7 adults. Location is as good as it gets. 2 min walk to all the snorkling you can handle and 7 min walk to a very nice white sandy beach. For those that love to jog/walk in the morning, the road to the California Lighthouse and the beach costline provide that perfect early morning escape. Communication with the owner and property manager was excellant. We did have a slight issue with opening the front door the first 24 hours that lead to the Property Manager having the locksmith on-site; no big deal. We highly recommend and would stay here in a heartbeat if there is a 5th visit to Aruba with friends and family. Pictures and discription for the property are acturate. Enjoy your vacation. We did !!! Other Tips: Do buy your booze at the duty-free shop before leaving the Aruba Airport. It will save you lots of $$.( Promise) Of course , each person can bring a liter into the country, but the duty-free price is as good if not better than at home and you don't have to worry about breakage and extra weight in your check-in luggage. Also we did lots of night snorkling . Having good underwater flashlights will provide a completely different experience with many other sea creatures you don't see during the day. Highly recommend water-shoes for near-shore snorkling and bring your own snorkling gear.

The house was perfect for our family. There were bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs. Each family unit had room for their own private space. The grandchildren loved the pool and it was kept very clean the whole time we were there. The beaches are so close and were perfect. An awesome vacation!
