Great flat, just as described in listing. Fantastic neighborhood - walking distance to everything! Comfy beds and great lighting, also a/c or heat was very easy to use. Beautiful balcony....and I will never forget the smell of the orange tree blossoms:)

Greetings from Greece!

Centrally located, good restaurants and shops nearby. Clean. Just needs extra toilet paper available and have extra cash to leave for environmental fee. Overall, nice place to stay in the city.

Lovely spacious apartment. Close to shops and restaurants. Well equipped and clean with nice balcony to sit out on. We used the trolley bus and metro get to central attractions although they are walkable. Would thoroughly recommend

Great Location

The pictures are accurate and loved the terrace! Needed additional towel and soap/shampoo- was delivered in 45 minutes. Only downside was luggage storage off site but found a great gyro place by luggage storage and would still stay here again. Plenty of room for 4 adults.

Unit is as described. It is close to many eateries in a robust area. Nice stroll to the acropolis. Occasional noise from nearby renovation projects. Nikos is an awesome host.

Lovely modern apartment in Athens

The outside of the building is deceiving-doesn’t indicate how lovely the apartment is. The apartment is very modern with high end appliances and nice furnishings. The air conditioning works very well. There is a large terrace to enjoy. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen. You are close to many restaurants and center city sites. I would highly recommend staying here.

Pretty good

Nice apartment, good views, one large balcony with good views of the neighborhood. One tiny balcony off the primary bedroom. Chairs and couch in the living and dining area not very comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood is dense and dirty, but good coffee shops and some food options very close. It was about a 15 minute walk to the markets around the acropolis museum. The host met us there and was very nice. And they were very communicative. Beds were firm but comfortable, pillows were cheap and flat. Ac in every room worked well.

It could have been better

The problem started at entry, as we were not met by the porperty manager as we were expecting. Our taxi driver phoned her using a number by the key-safe and got the code.In the apartment, it was freezing cold, and there were no written instructions on how to operate the heating, the showers, the ovens etc. etc. No instructions as what to do with the rubbish, no tea towel, no supply of bin liners. On the plus side, the manager was helpful in giving advice about directions and travel.

First of all, thank you for your valuable feedback. We wanted to mention that we reached out to you twice through the platform the day after your arrival to see if there was anything we could do to make your stay more comfortable, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response. Our assistant also confirmed that the necessary instructions for the hot water, A/C, and other features were sent to you. We were a bit surprised to hear that while our host was able to assist you with directions and travel, there were still concerns about the house that we were not made aware of. We truly wish we had heard from you during your stay so we could have addressed any issues right away rather than learning about them after your departure. That being said, we genuinely appreciate your feedback and will take your suggestions into account as we continue to improve the guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future.
