House of 3 rooms and 70 m2, just renovated with access to swimming pool, in the center of a village of the Minervois with all amenities. <br><br>You will appreciate its privileged location 10 minutes from Carcassonne and its Medieval City, the Canal du Midi (UNESCO sites), the Cavayère lake, the Montagne Noire and the wine routes (Minervois, Corbieres...) and the Cathar castles. The beaches of the Aude (Gruissan, Leucate...) are less than an hour away.<br>You can enjoy the famous and magnificent fireworks on July 14 in Carcassonne.<br><br>A bus stop 50m away serves Carcassonne centre, the train station, the medieval city and the Cavayere lake.<br><br>The accommodations are adjoining our house and does not have an exterior. However, you can enjoy our swimming pool and terrace from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., via an access by a driveway, and to share with your guests.<br><br>The layout of the house: On the first floor, you benefit from a living room with a sofa, convertible corner, a 110cm TV with Netflix, a WIFI (fiber), an open kitchen with oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, hood, dishwasher and 1 toilet/laundry room with washing/drying machine. (new or recent equipment)<br><br>Upstairs, a corridor leads to 2 bedrooms with beds (160 X 200 cm - new bedding), a large cupboard/dressing room and a bathroom with walk-in shower, backlit and anti-fog mirror.<br>All windows are equipped with roller shutters and double curtains in the bedrooms<br>Fans and/or air coolers in all rooms.<br><br>Also at your disposal, a baby cot, a bathtub and a high chair.<br><br>Linen (dish towels, bath towels, sheets) is included.<br><br>Easy parking in the immediate vicinity. <br><br>Amenities nearby on foot (grocery store, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, newsagent).
