The living area combines a lounge with sofa, armchairs and television with a bright dining space featuring a table for 6 guests. It opens onto a small terrace at the front of the house.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped for everyday meals: induction hob with integrated extractor, oven, dishwasher, large American-style fridge with freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, citrus juicer and raclette machine.

Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 bedroom with Queen Size double bed 160x200
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200

The shower room includes a walk-in shower, washbasin, heated towel rail, hairdryer, connected mirror and toilet.

Upstairs, the south-west facing terrace provides a glimpse of the central beach and the sea. It includes a table, seating for 8 guests and a parasol for outdoor meals when the weather allows.

The garage includes a washing machine, sink and household equipment. It also provides access to a garden-side terrace with charcoal barbecue.

Public parking is available approximately 100 metres from the property.

From the house, guests can easily walk to Plage du Bourg, the harbour and restaurants. Cap d'Erquy, Lac Bleu and the coastal paths provide further opportunities to discover the pink sandstone landscapes of Brittany's Emerald Coast.
