Reservation is not confirmed until guest signs rental agreement with all guests names added and returns photo ID of main guest.

Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking to hold dates. Reservation will be cancelled if rental agreement is not signed within 48 hours of booking.

We had a wonderful stay with our extended family of 10. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We really enjoyed the game room upstairs as well. We had plenty of room to spread out, but also plenty of room to gather together for meals and games. The house was well maintained and had what we needed. There is also plenty nearby for anything you might need. We would definitely stay again.

Despite the unforeseeable malfunction of the fridge during our time, we had a wonderful stay. The host was exceptional in her communication and accommodating whenever she could be. The home was spacious and comfortable for our group of 13. We had a great time in the pool and loved the sunset view with community lake and fountain.

We had a great time at the Sunset Magic Villa. Our kids loved the pool and the hot tub, all of the activities at the Clubhouse and the games area. The adults were impressed with the quantity and quality of kitchenware/furniture - all 15 of us could sit down for meals together - and we all loved the memories we made together. Thanks, Megan and Matt for all the extra touches that made our stay so special!

Home was nice and had plenty of room for a family of 14. View of the lake from the backyard pool and hot tub was great. The distance from the community pool/clubhouse/gym/waterpark was our only issue. It was a mile from the house across a busy street so we had to drive with toddlers and elderly and had trouble finding parking when we got to the clubhouse. We only attempted to go one time due to the hassle. I thought I had read in the listing the community pool was a 5 minute walk from the house so I was expecting it to be a lot closer.

Family had an awesome time at this beautiful home. The kitchen was fully stocked. The check-in process was smooth. The owners were extremely helpful and were able to answer any questions in a timely manner. The property was gorgeous and laid out with everything. Two separate living room areas one upstairs and one downstairs was everything... The pool at the patio with the tv outside was a great feature as well....too many awesome features to mention.. will definitely stay there again..thanks for the memories and an unforgettable experience

Excellent property to stay at for a large family. Although we only had 4 adults on this trip, its more then enough space for at least 15 to 18 people. The kitchen was well stocked and there were enough games available to entertain kids. I would highly recommend this property for a family trip. We look forward to staying there again in the near future.

Fantastic family vacation

The property was exactly as advertised on online and more than enough for our family of 10 - the rooms were perfect for the kids, they were blown away! Megan was incredibly helpful in the lead up to our stay and was happy to answer all of our questions in advance (we had some food allergies in the group, so local recommendations are always very important to us). Family birthday reunion

Absolutely the perfect size, layout and location for our group. Grandparents enjoyed the 1st floor bedrooms as the kids and adults also enjoyed their own space upstairs. Everything was as pictured and the pool / spa was great. We would totally return!

Great Vacation House with Room for Everyone

Had a wonderful stay at Magical Family Retreat. House is beautiful. Loved that it is in a court. Communication with owners was excellent. Loved their on-line instruction guide. Especially the You Tube video of instructions for the hot tub. Owners have thought of everything to make your stay fabulous!

Clean and Beautiful Vacation Home

This home has to be the cleanest and most prepared home we have stayed at in Orlando. We travel often to this area and many times end up renting homes that don’t look in person like what we saw and read online. This house is EXACTLY what you see in the pictures. The owner is also very easy to reach and attentive to any needs. We will always be grateful for the experience we had during our stay for our son’s graduation.

Great Fit for Our Family

The size and layout of this house worked out great for our family vacation. We are 6 adults and 5 children (2-12). The number and location of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen and dining area was well equipped, very roomy yet warm. We all enjoyed the pool and spa after long days at Disney and on our rest days. Would love to stay here again.

Great property

The house was just as advertised and we had plenty of space for our work strategic planning trip. Property was clean and fully functioning. We didn't get to fully enjoy all amenities since it was a work trip but we enjoyed our stay. Management was quick to respond to all questions and everything went smoothly.

Thanks for visiting! We have been traveling the world together for almost 30 years! Coming to Disney started with Disneyland California when our oldest children were toddlers and we fell in love with the Disney Magic! As homeschoolers we sought to give our children a wide breadth of experiences in different cultures, climates and experiences, but we always come back to Disney as our happy place. During 2020 we decided to "double down" on our love for Disney and Orlando by purchasing a home that met our needs to share with others.
