Secluded & Modern 3BR+Bunk Rm in Prime Location!

The Ritzy Ranch by Modern Luxury Retreats is a very private cabin, perfect for making memories with up to 12 guests! We're tucked away on a large, secluded lot surrounded by huge pine trees. We have 3 King Bedrooms with en-suite baths and a Game/Bunk Room (Sleeps 6) with its own full bath. Entertainment options abound with indoor/outdoor living/dining, 2 gas fireplaces, a fire pit, game room with pool table/foosball/arcade/games, cornhole, horseshoes, a hot tub, and a playset for the kids!

Indoor gas fireplace is turned off from June through September. A $20 per night insurance fee will be included to cover your stay, eliminating deposits or more expensive coverage required elsewhere. Rate is for up to 9 guests. A charge of $15 per night will be applied for each guest over the 9th.
We require a signed Rental Agreement for the reservation holder. This document will be sent after the reservation is made and we ask that you please return it within 48 hours. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, up to 25 pounds/pet. We charge a per-stay fee of $100 for bringing pets.

Perfect getaway

Came for our daughter’s 21st birthday. It was a very convenient location to everything in town. The house itself was beautiful and the layout was perfect for our group.

Amazing!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here and had plenty of space. We had two boats plus our cars so the parking was also a plus. It’s at the end of the street so it’s very secluded! Communication was also top notch! We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had an amazing and relaxing time with our friends! The cabin was close to everything but seemed very private and secluded being off the road. We loved the firepit area!

Perfect Broken Bow Spot

The cabin had everything we needed for our long weekend escape to BB. Ashley and Ryan were so responsive and made the arrival and check out instructions super clear. It was a very short drive to the marina and to our fave BB pizza spot, yet felt very secluded. The firepit was the perfect place to end our days making s'mores.

Best in the area👍👍

My family and I have stayed at multiple cabins in the area and this is by far the best. Great communication and accommodating to our every need. Very kid friendly and so many things to do without having to leave. Book this cabin for a great vacation!

Absolutely perfect cabin

This was our 6th stay in Broken Bow and this is by far the best cabin we have stayed in. We stayed 7 days and we had the best time. The layout is absolutely perfect. The property manager stayed in contact with us so well and answered all my questions in a timely manner. We will most definitely come to this cabin again!

Wonderful Cabin & Stay

The cabin was just as listed. Beds were comfy and hot tub was great. Glad the cabin was away from others in the area. It was secluded enough for us to feel we were alone in the woods. We all agreed we would come back again next year. Highly recommend this cabin.

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! Ashley was very attentive and helpful with all our needs! This home is beautiful and accommodated our family well. Amenities were great! Very well stocked! Clean and welcoming. The only downside that I feel like needs to be mentioned just so future occupants would know is the road going to the house is VERY dusty and rough in some places. I’m not sure that much can be done about it but we literally had trouble seeing the road at times when passing other cars and dust was being stirred up. We would still highly recommend and would stay here again!

Great place, very selcuded

My husband and my 5 daughters absolutely loved our stay at Ritzy Ranch. The house is set back from the road so you really feel like no one else is around you. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed to cook all our meals. I also love that the dinner table had seating for 8, it was great for all the games we played. We will definitely return to this cabin.

Spacious and comfortable

The pictures do not lie. Everything shown is exactly what you get. The kids had a wonderful time in the game room which had bunks for all four of them. While the grownups enjoyed the cookout and the hot tub. Our last night ended by the fire pit with s'mores for the kids.

Perfect location & getaway

This house was perfectly located in the heart of Hochatown, yet at the end of the road to feel very secluded and private! The house was perfect with 3 master bedrooms downstairs, all with private baths, and and upstairs loft set of two triple bunk beds to sleep 6 kids. One item to note...there is not a door to the loft. But the bunk beds were secluded behind a wall that was able to partially block sound and morning window light. Our two families of 4 adults and 6 kids would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay

My family and I decided to book the Ritzy Ranch to celebrate my birthday. We were reluctant due to covid, but I’m so glad we did! The cabin was clean and had a luxurious feel. The pictures don’t do this cabin justice! There are 3bdrms, but the game room has 6 bunk beds! This cabin has everything you need! My fiancé and I traveled late, so we had a hard time seeing the street name, we had a hard time finding the cabin in the dark. The owners were nice and polite, they stayed in the phone and guided us to the cabin. We will be booking again!

Perfection!

The Ritzy Ranch was everything we were expecting and more. Our party consisted of 4 adults, two young kiddos and two pups. There was something for everyone and it was in these extras that made this cabin above our expectations. For example, there were children forks and plates, a mat for the dog water, nightlights in every room, a gate for the stairs, and every a large crockpot. Everything was extremely clean and the beds were super comfy. One of the bed were low which was perfect for my 4 year old son who still sleeps like a crazy animal. The host was also extremely helpful and responsive. They let us move our trip back two months and was very understanding. I couldn’t say enough nice things about our experience. Very happy and lots of great memories created at the Ritzy Ranch!

Perfect getaway

We had the best time this last weekend at the Ritzy Ranch! The cabin was equipped with anything and everything we needed for our stay! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the playscape and roasting s’mores on the campfire! The full kitchen and large living space gave us plenty of opportunity to entertain ourselves during meals we prepared! The hot tub was relaxing after long hikes with the kiddos! Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean! Overall the stay was great! We will definitely want to return! As far as the communication with the owners…FANTASTIC! Our 6yr old daughter discovered the night we got back home that she left her Lovie (what she calls Bun Bun) at the cabin! I sent Ashley a message and she quickly responded and was on the case! With many back and forth messages she was very helpful! She located Bun Bun and we made an easy recovery! This may seem like no big deal to some but I know a 6 yr old little girl who is forever grateful! ❤️

Beautiful cabin

This cabin was absolutely beautiful! I loved that there were 3 masters all with their own master baths. Everything looked perfect when we arrived. The hot tub, patio, playground and fire pit were all very nice. I liked that it was hidden a little more from the road compared to a lot of the homes that were in that area which allowed for more privacy. We didn't want to leave! My mother did run into an awkward situation one early morning when where was no toilet paper in the shared bathroom so more toilet paper in there would be good as up to 12 people could be in and out of there throughout the day. Also, there's some minor discrepancies between the directions/information that were emailed vs what was in the guest book at the cabin that lead to some confusion. For example, the temperature to set thermostat to before checking out, email says 73 downstairs and 75 upstairs but guest book says 75 for both. Guest book notes only that the inside fireplace can't be used in September so we had hoped we could still use the outside fireplace but came to find out that both are turned off in October. Otherwise all in all I have no regrets on choosing this location. Highly highly recommend it!
