Kom og bo i vores smukt dekorerede enhed i den familievenlige Horizon South. Vi har lige afsluttet renoveringer og er klar til at nyde dig. Dette kompleks har alt, 4 store puljer, kiddie pools, nyt boblebad, shuffleboard, minigolf, motionsrum, tennisbaner, klubhus med poolborde osv. ...

Vores ejerlejlighed mesterseng er konge med privat bad. Andet soveværelse har to tvillinger med separat bad. Nedenunder har sovesofa i queensize-størrelse, 32-tommer tv med DVD / VCR, halv bad og fuldt udstyret køkken / spiseplads. Der er også internet til rådighed for vores gæster.

Udenfor er der fire områder at vælge imellem, veranda med en dejlig opholdsstue, en gårdhave med gas grill med bord og stole, deck off master med liggestole og bord og stole (med udsigt over bugten og endda et dæk fra andet soveværelse med stole til afslapning).

Great stay

Kids loved the stay. The big porches are a plus and the condo is beautiful. The walk to the beach is easy and this spot is close to places to eat. Overall great place to stay, looking forward to staying in the future!

Amazing condo!!

We absolutely love staying here! It is very clean, love the 2 story townhouse feel and the owners are incredibly nice! We will definitely be staying here every chance we get. I recommend this place to everyone!

I highly recommend this property.

This property was very homey and decorated very cute. My family and I spent most of our time on the balcony right off of the master bedroom. The owners are very informative and sweet. We will definitely be going back.

Great location and family friendly

This property is in a great location, family friendly, with a very short walk to the beach. We were frustrated by the process for attaining a parking pass and armbands for our stay. We had difficulty tracking down anyone to get these from on property, and when we finally did they indicated that the process should no longer be to pick them up at the office but they should be waiting for us in our rental. We traveled with 10 other families (baseball trip) and we ALL had similar experiences with different units in Horizon South. I am confident the problem is with the property office and not with the individual owners of this condo. Just be aware that you may spend a considerable amount of time getting these items that are needed for your stay.

Best condo ever!!!

This is our favorite condo we have ever stayed at! We will definitely be making this our permanent vacation rental! James and his wife Jill are the nicest people and we throughly enjoyed our 2 week stay! It is literally less than 5 mins from Pier Park and you can walk to the beach from the condo! It is very spacious and is 2 story! We couldn't have asked for a better condo and location!! Definitely give this a 20/20!!!!

Well..I start from the beginning. We didn't see anything about the additional fee on the website. When we got a letter from the owner it was saying that we have to pay 5$per person to get some wrist bands that we all have to wear while on the property and that also included parking. I was really upset about that "HIDDEN FEE". The people in the office were not really helpful and looked like they didn't care about your problems. This problem is more for cleaning people that should be addressed! The floors were really sticky and when I tried to wipe the floors the paper towel that I used was really dirty. Looked like they sweep the floors but not mop them. The tiles on the kitchen floor are cracked and the rug covers that place. When you walk on it it's very unpleasant. When I opened the drawer to look at the utensils I had an impression that someone just dumped everything and didn't sort the forks,, spoons,, etc., those were all mixed up and I had some work to do there too.. There's a huge dirty spill between the couch and the recliner that I didn't even have a desire to deal with. There's some gunk and stains on the couch and imagine sitting on it.... There're also some food particles on the wall by the oven that made me nauseous while I was cooking. The carpet upstairs needs to be vacuumed. There are a lot of dust on the vents and around it. I just recommend to address this to cleaning people. I would also recommend to put some night stand or something by the king bed. I had to keep my phone and water bottle on the floor :-/ Otherwise, we made it. The location is nice and the the beach is accross the street. Thank you!

Dear Tatyana We have always strived hard to go above and beyond to make sure our guests are well taken care of. We were very concerned when we saw your review. We have just had our unit remodeled recently. We were there in May to make sure everything was ready for our summer guests. We were aware of a small hairline crack in the kitchen floor but that porcelain tile can't be matched. We thought the rug looked nice over it instead of replacing the entire bottom floor of 18 inch porcelain. We've had no complaints about it over the past several years. We're sorry that you felt the wristbands and parking were hidden fees. We included this fee in your information sheet sent weeks before your arrival. We do not include this in the VRBO listing because VRBO has nothing to do with this fee.. We do not want to confuse guests from what they have to pay VRBO and what is owed to the complex association. It's $5 per person which also includes your parking fee. Most complexes in Panama City charge higher fees that do not include parking. As far as cleaning., we are so sorry that you felt the unit was not appropriately cleaned. But, we wish you had called us and we would have immediately sent the cleaning crew back out to make it right. We did address the cleaning crew of this issue and they said they would have been more than happy to return and reclean the unit. We honestly don't understand that you said there was no nightstand next to the king sized bed. There is a huge black nightstand in which we use for our phones, drinks, etc. We know how important vacation time is with the family and we strive very hard to make it a very enjoyable experience. We try to talk to each one of our guests to get to know you better and to feel comfortable with communicating with us. Sincerely, James and Jill Coker

Easy beach access and environment for kids

Our family had a great time. Quick easy walk to beach and nice pools on site when you need a break from the sand. Recent remodel they did made our stay better than the pics.

We loved it all!

This vacation home was wonderful! It had everything we needed. There were plenty of pots and pans, towels, blankets and pillows. The balconies were great! We loved the fun beach theme! The alligator was our favorite! It was just a short walk to the beach and the amazing pools! The guards at the pools were very nice and I enjoyed talking to them daily. My son really enjoyed playing putt-putt golf and basketball everyday too. The owners were very nice and the check-in and out process was easy. It was such a wonderful week! Thanks again!

Felt like home

This condo was very nice and cozy. It felt as if we were at home all week. The location was perfect with a 2 minute walk to the beach and a ocean view from the rooftop balcony. James and Jill were absolutely fantastic and so easy to work with. We had a great time and will definitely be renting this again in the future. You will not go wrong renting from them.

Condo was nice!!

We loved the condo it is beautiful and in a great location you can see the ocean. The owners are very nice. The only problem we seen was the condo is very cluttered and you have no room and no place to put your groceries. We don't like going out to eat all the time we love going to the grocery store and cook our own food! But other than that it's a wonderful condo!!!

We spent the week of the 4th of July in this amazing condo. It was just a short walk to the beach and 4 pools. Our host, James and Jill were extremely kind and helpful before, during and after our stay. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a relaxed,enjoyable vacation. Not what I expected

The unit was dated with limited supplies such as towels and wash cloths. We were not made aware we had to purchase armbands to be on the property. Bands were not a large expense but others staying were provided armbands by property owners. The dishwasher door was broken and we were unable to use it as well as the air conditioning unit did not cool the upper floor.

We try to keep our unit updated as you can see from the VRBO pictures. We leave a weeks supply of towels and washcloths. There is also a front load washer and dryer provided in the unit to use as needed. The armband policy was strictly enforced this year. The bands are $5 per person and that covers the parking pass and use of swimming pools, hot tub, weight room, tennis courts, basketball, miniature golf, and pool tables. This guest did call about the purchase of the armbands after talking to resort management. We received a call from management saying guest used foul language towards them and refused to pay for armbands. We will be adding the armband information to the VRBO site promptly. As for the dishwasher, it's a new one and we had someone put new molding underneath it which caused the door to not open all the way flat. It could still be used. We were not aware of this until now. This has been corrected. Our a/c unit was completely serviced June 1 by Quincy's Heating and Air. Quincy checked the temperature in each vent and said it was very efficient. No Freon needed to be added. We normally have good reviews from our guests and are very sorry for our part of this situation.

We had no issues with any discrepancies from the description. Owner was friendly and accommodating. Would rent from again. Our trip was in August, after the kids went back to school. So PCB wasn't very crowded and easy to get into restaurants.

We enjoyed staying in your condo. Loved the covered carport at the front door. It made it easier to load/unload luggage. The condo was well appointed with all amenities as promised. This condo was well situated on site, and made it very convenient to Front Beach Rd. And Middle Beach Rd.(easier route to Pier Park). We truly enjoyed our stay and will consider staying here on our next vacation. The owners are very nice, and polite and helped us with all questions with regard to the condo, and surrounding area. Thanks for a great vacation!

Wonderful accommodations we loved it !

We are so glad that we chose to stay @ Jill and James place, It Was super clean and well maintained we felt right at home ,as a family that thought renting on the Beach side was a must, boy what a difference it is to stay@ Horizon South no elevators to WAIT on no sand on the floors and plenty of beautiful grass in the yard.With a two minute walk to the beach it is perfect. Perfect Family Get-A-Way

I am so grateful for crossing Jill and James Coker's VRBO listing! When my first location cancelled two weeks before our departure date I was really worried that I'd have to re arrange my whole trip! The photos are true to the unit and surprisingly a lot roomier than I anticipated. I'd go back to this unit in a heartbeat. Perfect for families. Thank you to the Cocker's for opening their wonderful beach home to me and my family. God Bless!

Our family is from Georgia. We have vacationed in PCB since we were children. Since we loved it so much we decided to purchase a unit of our own at Horizon South. It is a family oriented complex which has been great for our kids. We have had our unit since 2005 and have enjoyed every minute of it. We are expecting our first grandchild and can't wait to take him to the beach. We hope you choose to be our guests at our townhouse. James and Jill

Horizon South is located 12 miles from Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. We are only a short drive to Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Alys Beach.

4 outdoor pools, 1 heated in winter, kiddie pool, and hot tub. Tennis courts, shuffle board court, basketball court, horseshoe pits, laundry facilities, and on site 18 hole mini golf. Also, charcoal grills are available on complex premises and gas grill at our unit. Clubhouse has pool tables and fitness room. Complimentary WiFi offered to guests.
