PARADISE! Beach Club 909 Avalon* 9th Floor 2BR/2BA lovely direct beach front!
The Beach Club is a classy, well maintained beach resort located down Fort Morgan road! Guests never have to leave as there is much to be done on the property. The Beach Club offers restaurants, shopping, and pools right on the shores of sugar white sandy beaches!
Unit 909 in the Avalon (A) Tower boasts 2 tastefully furnished bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The living room is very comfortable with a large sectional sofa and an additional cozy chair. The dining table seats 4 and the breakfast bar seats 3 for a total of 7 seats. This unit sleeps 6 guests if needed; 4 in the bedrooms and 2 on the sleeper sofa in the living room. The master includes a king size bed with attached en-suite bathroom. The master bathroom includes 2 sinks in the vanity, a walk-in closet, large garden tub/shower, and a toilet. The 2nd bedroom offers a king size bed with attached bathroom entrance which boasts a shower and in-vanity sink. there is also a half bath in the hall that is convince to anyone in the unit!

***Avalon Tower Knee Wall Replacement: An important project will be underway Fall 2025 – the North Knee Wall Replacement. This essential repair project is scheduled to begin September 9, 2025 and is expected to be completed by end of March 2026. During this project, there will be no handicap parking spaces available at Avalon. Work hours: Monday-Saturday, 9am-6pm. Expect noise as well as debris and potentially redirected paths at the Avalon Tower.***

The tower that the condo is located in has an outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub and kiddie pool for use at NO charge.
You can enjoy dining at the on site restaurant, bar, or outdoor dining. You can also enjoy the ice cream shop and shop at the apparel store. There is also a SPA on the first floor of the Club House.

The price varies based on the number of days used, Starting at $46/day. The clubs private amenities include indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, pickle-ball courts, bar and grill, and a large fitness center with sauna. The club also has tennis courts and basketball courts for use.

* Allows 2 cars, Parking passes are obtained upon arrival at the entrance gate for $40 per vehicle(2 max for up to 28 days).
* Policy prohibits rental to adults under the age of 25
* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced all bed spreads/comforters with quilts that are washed and sanitized before each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, please include it in your packing list.
Final payment (balance due after Initial Reservation Payment has been paid) is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment may be made by MasterCard, VISA, or Discover. Final payment may also be paid by cashier's check, money order or certified funds (if received 30 days prior to arrival). Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee.
This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.
Please Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.
An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card.
