We stayed in this property for two months. The owner was absolutely fabulous. If we ever had any questions or concerns, she got right back to us and handled them quickly. The home was clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need! We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. We really enjoyed the pool! We paid for pool heat and it was nice and warm and very pretty. We would love to stay in this property again sometime. Thank you, Leo and Francine for a wonderful stay!

Host were very nice. But the TV was hard to deal with, we couldn't get the football channels. Our dsughter eho lives in Clermont had to bring her device over to us. The kitchen knives were terrible and you need larger skillets, only had 1 large one. The beds were uncomfortable . The twin beds were way to small for an adult.

When you called about the wifi, we immediately notified Spectrum as it is not an issue with our tvs . The spectrum service rebooted and had said there was no issue. We had no issues with guests prior or after you. We usually have guests say that the kitchen is well equipped. Had you contacted us about the knives or skillet, we would have had them sent to the house. The twin beds are standard size twin beds.

Beautiful house with great amenities

This house and our stay was amazing. It’s very spacious and provided more than enough space for our family. Check in was so easy and Leo and Francine were the best hosts ever! They were very prompt when we communicated with them and quickly addressed any issues or questions we had. The living area was family friendly and allowed for a perfect gathering. The kitchen and dining was spacious enough to accommodate a large family. The house is in close proximity to the Disney Parks and many restaurants and stores. We would recommend this house to others and would definitely stay here again.

Disney Dreams Villa

The villa is extremely well situated, close to restaurants and supermarkets. Its also close to the 192 and I-4, so the parks, shops and everything else are easily accessed. The villa is open plan, like most are in the area, with the garage converted to a games room.Small issues with soft furnishings were dealt with immediately by the hosts, and we had no issues with this.In summary, we greatly enjoyed the villa and spent two comfortable weeks there. We would highly recommend the villa.

Perfect vacation in the sun

We have been renting vacation homes almost every year since 1998. We liked this one. It had bedrooms on one side, bedrooms on the other side and a common area (livingroom, kitchen, dining room) in the middle allowing for privacy at night. Another helpful feature was the bathroom with a door exiting to the pool area. We found everything we needed in the house and the house was in a nice golf community perfect for daily walks. We enjoyed the heated pool and the weather was a nice escape from the snow.

Yearly spring vacation!

I usually go for a 2 week vacation every year with a friend. I own a school bus business at home so it is always great to go and relax for a short time and enjoy a wonderful heated pool. The hosts made sure my requests were handled and they were also very quick to reach me with any questions or concerns. It is positively a lovely villa and wonderful hosts as well. The villa has everything you would need to be comfortable. I would stay there again with no hesitation. Thank you so much for the wonderful vacation.

Villa on the surface is Nice but aged and in a sorry state. Both front and rear doors are not very secure and don't fill you with confidence that the security of your belongings is of paramount importance, with the front door lock looking to have been repaired poorly multiple times in the past which is demonstrated by the doors being able to be moved about half an inch either way when locked. Decor is fine on the surface but aged and long overdue replacement with small breakages damages all over the property examples of this is the door locks, couches, bar stools and general condition of furniture. This villa is that its sold as a full service premium product but don't be fooled this is run on a shoestring budget... Having stayed in 10 villas in the past i was surprised to turn up to no salt pepper, no oil, no washing up liquid etc... not that i expect this to be provided but this is normally left by previous guest as we did but it is clearly being collected by the property management company. Paying for the use of a BBQ and having A/C that is locked to a temp(apparently to protect the AC unit) is a sign that the guests satisfaction isn't of paramount importance, i personally do't think that 79 overnight is acceptable and when questioned i was met with accusations from property management company that i was lying etc. The hosts were nice and the property has great potential but if you book dont expect the hilton expect the travelodge/Motel 6.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely disappointed that your stay did not meet your expectations. Our priority is always to address guest concerns as quickly as possible. As soon as you reported the issues, we offered to send our maintenance team to the property immediately. Unfortunately, despite multiple offers, we were not granted access to the home. Without the opportunity to inspect the property, we were unable to verify the reported concerns or provide the prompt resolution we strive to deliver. We also have photos of temperature records from our monitoring system showing that the home's overnight temperature reached a maximum of 73°F, which does not support your claim of 77 and that the air conditioning was not functioning properly. Additionally, this was the first time we have ever had to file a damage claim through VRBO due to broken window shades and curtain rods found after your stay. We have photos to back this claim. As for not being a hotel..you are correct. We are a self catering vacation villa. As a host , due to health guidelines and varying guest preferences, we do not provide consumable food items. However, we do supply starter kits. For each bathroom we supply shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, body wash, toilet paper. Each trashcan has a trash bag. The kitchen trashcan has several bags. We do leave any cleaning supplies that previous guests brought under the kitchen sink. We take great pride in maintaining our homes and providing responsive customer service. When guests notify us of an issue, we work diligently to resolve it. However, no property manager can investigate or repair reported problems when ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY IS DENIED. We stand by our commitment to provide a quality guest experience and to respond promptly to every legitimate concern. However, we cannot accept responsibility for issues that we were prevented from inspecting or resolving. Kind regards Francine and Leo
