“Alex Apartment” is a fully renovated apartment which is located in the center of Heraklion.
It’s in a perfect location for those who would like to explore the city because it is less than 5 minutes walk from all the city’s historical and culture sights.
Near the apartment you can find SuperMarket, Gas Station, Pharmacy, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Bars and all the amenities of a city.
The Central Bus Station is 2 minutes walk from the apartment and the Port of Heraklion is about 7 minutes walk.
The apartment is fully renovated, occupies 40m2 and it is in a ground floor in a very quiet street in the center of Heraklion.
It has 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, a fully equipped Kitchen and a large Living Room. Also, the apartment has a small Backyard, ideal to enjoy your coffee or breakfast.
The bedroom has a large double bed, TV, AirCondition, large closet and storage space.
The toilet is fully equipped with shower, washing machine, towels and hairdryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything a kitchen needs.
The living room has air-conditioning, a three-seater sofa which can become a bed for two people, large TV and board games.
The house has WIFI internet in all areas of the house for FREE.
The guest can relax in the small backyard where there is a small outdoor living room.
Parking is FREE, in front of the house, in the public road.
Near the apartment are all the city’s historical and culture sights such as the Lions Square, the Freedom Square, the Archaeological Μuseum, the beautiful Venetian Harbour, the sea front and the historic walls of the Οld Τown of Heraklion.
