After a day of hiking enjoy 2 Heated Pools / Jacuzzis, Outdoor Grill, Exercise Facilities and Tennis/pickleball Court!! We love animals and would love to talk about you bringing your fur baby(ies).
Close to Major Eateries, Upscale Shopping and Outdoor Adventures. All this tucked away in a private setting! Come enjoy your Home away from Home! Easy check in and out. This is a great getaway from everyday. We came down from Phoenix so it was a short ride. The home was beautifully appointed, very clean and charming. The canyon and the mountains are stunning.

Catalina foothills location is the absolute best!!!!!

The southwest decor I literally could not get over how cute this place was. Checking in and out was seamless. There are SOOOOO many extra pillows and blankets, which really made it feel like home for the week. Stunning location to see the mountains, take a dip in the pool, and experience the majestic, monsoons. If I could give this place more stars I would. I will definitely be back soon!

Great stay. Well equipped, comfortable, and very nicely located at base of Catalina mts. Trail access out your door and within minutes of all services. Owners very helpful. Would stay again.

Best Weekend Getaway

SUCH a gorgeous property and location. Easy to get to, second story, corner lot, so much privacy. So quiet. The condo was SO luxurious. The most comfortable bed, bedding, and pillows in the master. The condo was also RIGHT on the canyon trails. Every morning we went for a hike either, left through the canyon or right towards the resort to see the waterfall and grounds. We loved it so much. Far enough away to forget where we are, but close enough to town if you want to remember. ;) We're locals and would absolutely stay there again to escape the hustle and bustle for a weekend. Thank you Susan and Garth!

Peaceful Desert Oasis

Great foothills location with super views. This unit is on the second floor and further back so very quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed using the pool and tennis courts. The assigned parking spot made parking a breeze.Nice interior furnishings and everything worked great. We would stay here again.

Visit to Catalina Foothills

Beautiful condo with gorgeous decor. 5 minutes away from our son. Susan was wonderful answered us immediately when we needed some minor assistance. Helped us out when we thought we left some of our belongings there. Could not ask for a better host.

Great Place

Very good location, very helpful property manager. Have stayed several times in this complex. Many crabby old people that live there.

We just loved our stay! The condo was so beautiful! Practically everything we could need was available to us. Location was perfect for our travel plans to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. The hosts were so gracious, thank you!! We will return!!

Perfect place for friends

Wonderful stay!

A beautiful condo, and very user friendly. Loved the screened in porch. Very well appointed. They did not forget anything. The location in Ventana Canyon was gorgeous. We enjoyed the amenities, and the friendly neighborhood.

Amazing condo

This was a beautiful appointed condo. It exceeded our expectation. Excellent location and quiet. The kitchen was the best equipped and loved the coffee bar! Everything was well stocked from the bathrooms to the kitchen. We would highly recommend staying here. Fast communication from Susan made this stay pleasant. Thank you Susan and Tony

Desert Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable second floor condo. The Southwest decor was very nice! Owners were quick to respond and easy to communicate with. It was too warm to use the screened in porch in the afternoon, but I enjoyed sitting out there early in the morning with my coffee. We visited Tombstone & the Pima Air & Space Museum, both excellent!!

Iris and Drew's stay

Property was wonderful, exceeded our expectations. Very quiet, away from all the noise of the city. You would be hard pressed to find a better stocked facility with comfortable accommodations. Very relaxing, especially the screened in porch-wonderful!!! Definitely would stay on next trip to Tucson!

Perfect foothills location

This was my first time using a vacation rental unit was warm and inviting comfortable clean very well stocked for my family's stay wish i had more time there but was only in town for our daughter's Hooding Ceremony will definitely book again if ever in the area host were very promp with arrival and departing instructions over-all very impressed

Lots of thoughtful touches

This condo is in a beautiful foothills community, a perfect location to do everything in and around Tucson in our opinion. We loved the decor, space, screened porch, HBO Max (watched Succession!), extras in the kitchen, access to a lovely clubhouse, pool and hot tub, friendly neighbors and beautiful landscaping right out our door. Thank you Susan for an especially wonderful stay!

Wonderful home on the foothills

The home is decorated very beautifully and has many nice touches that will make any length of stay very comfortable. The parking is also very close to the home entrance which is very convenient. The Garth's are extremely generous and kind and I would recommend anyone to stay at any of their rental properties. You couldn't ask for a better and more attentive hosts. My family looks forward to staying here again in the future.

Wonderful stay in the Catalina Foothills

What a great condo! Scenic location and everything we needed for my wife, myself, our teen and frequent visits from our daughter attending U of A. We frequently used the screened in porch. And a wonderful hiking trail is next to the property. When we had questions the owners always responded promptly. Everything was wonderful! We hope that we will get to stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

So happy we chose this condo! It's exactly as described, lovely SW decor, comfortable & cozy, with extra thoughtful amenities like coffee & flavored syrups. Immediately felt at home here. Quiet & felt very private even though there are other units nearby, and Ventana Canyon location is great. Lots of hiking trails nearby and lots of restaurants & stores only a 5 min drive away. Easy check in & out, and although we didn't get to meet Susan & Tony, communication was great, with instantaneous replies to messages! We loved it all -- Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful condo

It was home away from home for us in this beautifully decorated second floor condo. Very nice views from the screened in deck and the living room. We enjoyed lounging and having drinks outside and appreciated the comfortable outdoor furniture and retractable shades. The kitchen is fully equipped and was great for preparing meals. The complex is peaceful and quiet and locals living here were very friendly. You can also walk over to the Loews Ventana resort via a path that leads up to Ventana Canyon the other direction. The pool is heated and comfortable for a dip or swimming. The location of the complex is great in a very nice area of Tucson. Sabino Canyon is close and good access to Saguaro National Park East. Excellent communication with the Owners and they made sure we had everything we needed. Very happy overall and highly recommend!

Susan and I(Tony) were high school sweethearts that reconnected over 8 years ago. Lived in San Diego prior to coming to Tucson area and the city of Oro Valley. We have 4 fur babies and enjoy hiking, walking, bike riding, and travel. We are very outgoing and like meeting new people hearing about them and their stories! We hope you enjoy our Condo and hope to hear stories from you as well!

Close to great food spots, shopping, hiking and dont forget to visit The Desert Museum to see the beatiful history of Southwest Arizona! Wave "Hi" to the Saguaro's but don't touch!
