The Centrale of Ile de Ré offers this new villa of 210m2 with heated swimming pool and 5 bedrooms for up to 10 people.The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the centre of La Flotte and the Arnérault beach.The villa is comfortable and has a bright living room/lounge open to the garden and swimming pool.The pool has a counter-current swimming feature and 2 massage jet areas.The landscaped garden has a wooden terrace, tiled area and lawn, with garden furniture for 10 people.Possibility of parking for 1 vehicle in front of the house and car parks nearby.Possibility of easily parking bicycles in the patio provided for this purpose.MASTER BEDROOM 1: double bed 160x200.BEDROOM 2: double bed 160x200BEDROOM 3: double bed 160x200BEDROOM 4: double bed 160x200BEDROOM 5: 2 bunk beds.1 bathroom with an additional shower.3 washrooms.4 toilets.The swimming pool is heated from 1st April to 15th October.The heat pumps of our swimming pools are programmed to heat to 28°.
