Just 100 m from the sea, it benefits from a privileged location, plus it is situated peacefully, close to the village and pleasure port, the sailing base, hiking and cycling routes, and the beaches of Lanseria and Sorlock.



The house has a soothing green setting, from the garden you will be able to enjoy a view of the sea, but you will also like to enjoy the heated swimming pool where you can relax in the sun whilst sipping a juice before diving into the pool to cool off. In the evening, you will also like to enjoy the terrace to savour good grilled food at the barbecue.



The interior of the house is equally impressive. The living area welcomes you with its terracotta floor and beautiful ceiling height. You will find a welcoming lounge with its fireplace, inviting you to gather and chat. Then, the dining room, a more intimate space where you can share good meals. Finally, the kitchen is modern, with its terrazzo floor giving it all its character. It provides you with everything you need for your culinary preparations: induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



In the evening, you will be able to rest in one of the 4 bedrooms. The first, on the ground floor, with its beautiful blue, welcomes you with its queen size bed. Upstairs, you will find three spacious bedrooms with a queen size bed, providing you with comfort for a good night's sleep. You will simply need to choose your colour: blue, orange or beige.



A mezzanine is available if you wish to retire and enjoy a moment of reading.

Finally, on the ground floor, you will discover a bathroom with an Italian shower, and upstairs, a bathroom with a bathtub in white and wood tones. Two independent toilets are also available.

Swimsuits and fishing nets come out with the rhythm of the tides.
