This beautiful scenic lake Hamilton home has some of the most beautiful sunsets,With year round water views. Starting march 1st till october 28th it will come with a 2010 22’ G3 pontoon boat fully serviced and ready! If you love the lake life you will love this home! This house features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,King bed,2 queen beds plus bunk beds. A separate game/bar room with a 55 in flat screen TV, music, fooseball.The backyard has views of the lake, covered deck. A short walk down below is the bar with Bluetooth sound systems, tv, darts and more with awesome views right by the lake. On the the water! Family fun park next door! liquor store, Cajun Broilers (awesome food) directly across the channel with boat parking and dominos pizza 3 doors down walk or order by boat from there boardwalk! Covered hot tub on back deck with lake views!
Home also has big wrap around couch with 3 electric recliners and a 65” TV for all your games and awesome movies! high speed Wi-Fi internet as well. We are a pet friendly home. You must pick up after your animal inside the house and outside the house at all times during your stay if there is excessive damage, feces, urine and or hair, the maids will charge extra. We strive for a clean and perfect stay for all guests. You get it all at Cantina del ray for the price of a condo! $12 uber ride’s to the track/casino. Hurry it is booking quickly! by staying at this house, you agree that all liabilities are on you as far as drowning, slipping, falling to the ice, etc. The house is to be used at your own risk, woman or child! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. There was no pool which we were notified of a few months before the stay. The boat worked great. We were unable to use the grills and did not feel comfortable swimming at the dock. The ‘boathouse’ is amazing! Be prepared for a steep climb. It was a great place to spend time. The house location was convenient and the neighborhood felt very safe. The beds were comfortable and the couch was great for relaxing.

Glad you had a great time and we are sorry the propane was out for the grill. We will gladly Cash App or refund the cost of propane to any and all guests as we told you. The shock warning on the dock is displayed by law for every dock with lights and or power in the state of Arkansas. I’m glad you enjoyed the boat and sorry you had to pay for the prop and cleaning fee. I’m seeing a pattern on low score reviews from people that get charged for damage. The boat is 100% free to use. VRBO sets the prices for us and they do not include boats in their pricing. So if you damage the prop or leave mud etc in the boat you will be charged. All in all we are so glad you had a great time! Out of 30 guests so far this season 3 have had to buy props. There is no low points pulling in and out of the dock or within a very large radius. But you have to be cautious. When there is leaves ,gravel,sand and tree branch residue left in the boat you have obviously been exploring. Which is great! But if you’re not careful you can damage the propeller or rip the top.Props are $250 and cleaning fee is $50 to $100 and we are not picky wipe the inside down and sweep it out. Clean up any spills etc. And be sure to have fun 🤩

This is our second year to visit this property. We find it being at this end of the lake being very convenient and the traffic on the lake is really good and easy. I take my grandkids out of the lake for a week each year for the last seven years and when I found this house, it has a boat. It makes a real convenient to be able to go out of lake come back rest have lunch and get back on the lake. That makes a very special vacation. We just had a perfect week here.Ronnie

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time. The boat is a huge top amenity. The hosts are very nice and quick to respond which is so important and appreciated. Definitely eat at fishermans wharf and visit falls creek falls. Overall an amazing place for a great relaxing fun time. Thank you.

Thank you so much for welcoming us into your home! Overall, we had a very nice stay and truly appreciated your hospitality. The house was very clean, well-kept, and we could tell a lot of care went into making guests feel comfortable.There were just a couple small things we wanted to mention as feedback for future guests. The beds were a bit uncomfortable for us, as the mattresses felt very firm. We also learned Sunday evening that the hot tub had recently developed a leak, so unfortunately we weren’t able to fully enjoy it during our stay. On the first day, it also took about two hours to get in touch, which was a little stressful at the time.Other than those minor things, we had a lovely stay and are grateful for your kindness and hospitality. Thank you again!

Thank you so much for coming and I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. That’s what I strive for as a host. I’d like to point out a couple things on your end . You only booked for two guests there was obviously max capacity. There was some damage to the boat, but i decided to waive that and there was improper checkout. also, front door was left unlocked and back door was wide open with the AC turned on max. Future hosts please keep in mind that a handful of things will fall short on their end. The hot tub runs in great order with a slight leak that would deem no inconvenience to future guests. The hot tub cover was also torn and we will now have to replace that.

We had a great stay over fall break with our three boys. They loved all of the activities from the hot tub to the boat and games (pool, foosball, corn hole, and darts)! We enjoyed our time with bonfires on the deck and had plenty of space for everyone. Access to the town and national park at hot springs were also great. Thanks for a fun stay.

The views from the patio and bar were amazing. This place is very cozy I mean put you to sleep cozy ! It was very clean, the location was great, my family and I really enjoyed ourselves!

Thanksgiving getaway

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Very clean and the owner was quick to answer any questions. Great location. Kids loved the hot tub and the hammock. We already are planning a trip for the summer.

Great location on a Great Lake with a great host!

What more is there to say? My wife and I visited for our wedding anniversary. House was clean, nicely appointed, and the location on the lake was amazing! We highly recommend staying here and doing some fishing. We caught a ton of fish on the lake, and the boat was great to have at our disposal. Overall, we cannot recommend it enough.

Your host’s are Raymee and Rihanna, Raymee is a California native and Rhianna is from Utah. We love Arkansas and love being a host. We are avid voters ourselves and have lived in Hot Springs for over a decade and absolutely love it! I feel it is important to have a boat for Lake Hamilton so you can actually experience the whole beautiful scenery and feel that like Hamilton has to offer! That’s why I’ve included a pontoon Boat for no extra charge at our property.

Great location one of the best on the lake! Centrally located with tons of amenities within easy walking distance! Up on music mountain with amazing views and fresh air! I call it our Arkansas beach house. There is usually a nice fresh breeze off the wooded mountain. Rarely windy although. Bbq on the deck and watch the boats and cars go by truly entertaining even while you’re just relaxing by the fire table. Or hanging out in the covered hot tub.

Cantina del ray is the perfect location! Located on the bull bayou bay where the water is smooth and the main lake is just under the bridge! Cajun Broilers is right across the bay and has excellent steak and Cajun/sea foods. Full bar and live music outdoor on most weekends on there lakeside outdoor stage… Two doors down is Dominos on the lake! Pull up to the boardwalk on the water and order pizza right there. Then across the field is Funtrackers with bumper boats,go carts, volcano golf and full arcade with prizes! Full service liquor store walking distance as well. With the pontoon boat,lakeside bar and hot tub you have it all! Perfect for family getaways and in town! Harps grocery store 2 miles away. You literally don’t have to go anywhere to have a Epic time! The home is always spotless clean and was fully remodeled to the studs in 2019. Cold air hot heat. The view from the house is excellent with some of the best sunsets! Cantina del ray will not disappoint! A 8 hour boat rental alone is $700 on the lake…. You get it included for free! Property books quickly in the summer so book now! I will give a free night if you rent 6days I will give one free! Just message me before booking for that deal. :)
