L'Escale at the gateway to the Ardèche Gorges!

Small semi-detached house of 35m2 recently renovated. Sunny, comfortable and family-friendly, it is fully equipped. It has an independent entrance with private garden with a view of the village of Aigueze.

Located on the heights of Saint Martin d'Ardèche, at the entrance to the Gorges de l'Ardèche, only 350m from the center of the village as well as the supervised beach with its water games during the summer season.
The accommodation
The accommodations are composed of a main room including a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, tea and coffee available, induction hob, all the utensils to make good dishes but also washing up liquid, dish towels and a sponge). This room also has a sofa bed that can be converted into 140cm (with a mattress), a smart TV with apps.

The accommodation has a bathroom with a shower, a vanity unit and a toilet. A hairdryer, shower mat, soap and shampoo will be at your disposal!

A travel cot for a child can be provided, as well as a high chair.
