Berner Breezes is a lovely second row home on the East End of Sunset Beach. Enjoy the easy rhythm of island living in this beach home. A combination of wood and earthy tones throughout create a warm and inviting setting. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the pots/pans, dishes, etc. you could possibly need and includes both a Keurig (bring your favorite pods) and a traditional coffee maker. The home includes wi-fi with a large flat screen TV in the family room along with additional televisions in each of the bedrooms. Each TV has a streaming device so you can connect with your favorite apps. Enjoy the sun and sounds of the ocean from either the oversized screened porch or from the large sun deck on the second floor.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor that share a full bath. The second floor has two additional bedrooms as well as two full bathrooms. In addition, the large bonus room is currently utilized as a 5th bedroom. Linens will be provided for all.

Interior amenities include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 6 color TVs, DVD player, WIFI & ceiling fans. Outside amenities include a charcoal grill, outside shower, fish cleaning station, sun deck and screened porch. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys are also included.
