We are located in safe/gated but not the most desired area of town!!! Please check!!

We are 15 to 20 mins to all major attractions in Atlanta.

We require only easy going guests that can be reasonable if issues arrises. We strive to please all our guests. Just give us a chance to fix any issue.

If you are going to be picky about everything, the space wont work for you.



The Space:

Shared GAS grills available but guests have to fill gas as needed and CLEAN before and after Use!!!





We want to be as transparent as possible so that we give you the best experience if you choose our unit. We cant afford to get a 3 star rating so PLEASE read below and see if its fits you and your party,



Q/A

Is the space suitable for me?



Its just as shown in the pictures. Its basic clean space. If you are extra picky and going to look at every little corner for faults then we suggest you find something else.





How is the location?



Its on a main street of a commercial area and right next to a fire station . Its not the most desirable location so I suggest guests find something a little fancier if they are looking for an upscale experience.



How far are we from everything?

we are 10 mins to groceries stores , 15 mins to the airport and downtown atlanta.



Do we communicate with guests?



We love to communicate with our guests especially when there is a problem. We require patient guests as well to work through problems when they arises. Please dont give us a bad rating just because you dont like the space. Give us a chance to fix a problem. This is a small business and every bad feedback counts.



The Neighborhood:

The area is 5 mins from some of Atlanta celebrities reside. kandi's Restaurant (Blaze Steak and Seafood) from RHOA is 5 mins away . There are also stores like super walmarts, kroger groceries store and a variety of nice restaurants in the same area.

Important parking information



We have limited parking within the gated area so each unit has only (1) dedicated spot . If you happen to bring in a 2nd car , you would have to block your car in at your dedicated spot marked on the property. Apt B and C can move up on the grass/tree and get another car behind them. Please do not block other guests in.

Alternatively you can park next door on the side of the restaurant during day but we wouldn't recommend parking outside our gated community at night time. If you have guests coming in please have them park on the other side of the chicken restaurant and walk through the pedestrian gate ( code will be provided at check in ) .Please don't have your guests park within the gates if you have already used your parking spot.
