Condo is in the heart of the action , walking distance to Pike Market, Climate Pledge Arena and Space Needle. Great restaurants close by with the best Sushi ever outside the door. Amazing Cocktail bars and using the scooters was awesome

The Belltown neighborhood is a perfect location for walking to the many Seattle key sites one comes to see when visiting. Restaurants, cafes, and bars are nearby, some right downstairs. This property was a light-filled and relaxing spot to start the day with coffee on the balcony, and end the day with wine in the same spot. The building staff keep everything secure and clean, and the off-street parking option was quite helpful (Tip: do not bring a large vehicle).

We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed the location of the condo - it is within walking distance to all the main attraction spots we wanted to visit. Beautiful view of the water from the condo and the rooftop deck. Check in was easy and communication with owner was great. We enjoyed the downstairs Italian restaurant. A great spot to stay while visiting Seattle!

The condo is in a very secure building and is an easy walk to Pike Street and the waterfront. There are many restaurants close by and the kitchen is also well stocked if you choose to eat at home. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Walkable Spot

We were here for a conference and this was a perfect, walkable spot to stay. The beds are very comfortable, building is secure, and the space is cozy and clean. Would stay again for sure!

Pre-Cruise Stay

This is the perfect spot to stay close to the pier! We had 6 adults that were all able to sleep and hang out comfortably here. Close to the pier! Place was very clean and comfortable. Communication with owners was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Belltown Condo

Great find

This apt is in a great location; 10 min walk to Pike one way 10 min to Chihuly and Space Needle. Very comfortable, well appointed apartment in the Belltown neighborhood with restaurants all around.

Great for family of 5

This worked well for our family of five. It was close enough to walk to Pike Place market area while also being able to walk to the space needle and surrounding museums. Food and restaurants are on the main floor and are perfect for an easy meal. The pillows were surprisingly good!

Girls Get Away

The condo was in a great location. With the exception of a Snoqualmie Falls Tour, we were able to walk everywhere - the Space Needle, Chihuly Gardens, the waterfront, Pikes Place Market, the stores and restaurants. The building is extremely secure and the owners were great at communicating. There is a nice courtyard between the buildings and a rooftop terrace with nice views. We really enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after a long day of sightseeing.

Belltown condo

The condo was quite nice and the check-in was quite easy. The athletic area and pool were a big disappointment: it was early June and the "gym" area was really hot as was the pool area and the pool water. None of us could use it.

Cozy place in a vibrant neighborhood:)

I loved the hosts' personal touch. It felt like we are staying at our friends' house, not at strangers'. The condo is nice, sunny and clean. It has a city and a water view. We enjoyed looking at a large cruise ship departure right from the window. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and cafes. If you want a mid-night snack out on a street - it is an ideal place. But, if you need to a goodnight sleep, make sure all windows are closed tight. The building is in a walking distance to all the main attractions in Downtown. We enjoyed our stay:)

Fine, but could hear every move anyone made or thought about making.

Fine, clean, older property. Felt secure and safe. Felt odd that you would incur fines for about 100 different things detailed in a 3 ring binder. I didn’t read them all but felt as if you Coughed it would be 100 fine, leave before garage door closes go straight to jail. Was a place to sleep and all rules were shared upfront. Still felt odd.

Hi Benjamin, thank you for staying at our home and for your review. There's only really one rule that is pertinent to our VRBO guests: "don't hold the door open for strangers." This is for the building's security and we / our neighbors think it's a good idea. All the other silly rules (e.g. architectural modifications, elevator reservations, etc.) are not really relevant to VRBO guests. Thank you and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

Nice place but be prepared for noise if you stay on the weekend

The condo is nice and the location is ideal if you want to walk to Seattle tourist areas like the Space Needle and Pike Street Market. The condo is across the street from a popular bar that was loud on both Friday and Saturday nights which made a restful night difficult. Thumping music, patrons yelling, sirens and even gunshots kept us up both nights. If you want to rent a place in the heart of the lively Belltown district- this place is for you.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and the location was great; very walkable to different spots we wanted to visit. Furnishings look good but are not of high quality so not very comfortable or flimsy. Be aware that the upstairs bedroom has no door, so only one bedroom is truly private. Also be aware that the fold out sofas are really not “sofa beds”; they fold out (like a futon) but are bumpy or flimsy, so don’t plan on them as comfortable extra sleeping spaces. Maybe ok for a small child. We were able to put the included foam topper on the fold out couch in the loft and made it work, but don’t expect to hang out in the condo and be comfortable. It was fine for sleeping for two nights while being gone all day doing activities. Not a bad place at all, just not as comfortable (given the cheaper furniture) than we are used to with other VRBOs. Appreciated the secure parking, but spot is very tight to get into if you have a larger car.

Overall very positive!

A couple notes that knocked our stay to a 4. Biggest is that there is no door for the second floor bedroom. It could say this in the description but I missed it if it was there. We were there as a family, so it was ok. But, if you are w/separate couples or friends, there is no separation for the person sleeping on the loft pull out & the bedroom. They are different physical spaces but you can not close a door for privacy. Also, small notes of convenience that would really help this condo. Coat hooks or rack. There is no coat closet so your coats end up everywhere. They ask that you do not wear shoes in the condo but there is no place to put your shoes or sit down to take off your shoes. We were there on a week it did not rain, so more annoying because there were shoes everywhere. If we had wet rainboots there would be a mess. No welcome mat or boot tray. The coffee filters were not deep enough so making coffee the first time was a mess. Also, no recycle bin, no broom, no mirrors in the bedrooms & it is a very dark space. Despite the giant window this unit needs way more lighting. The neighborhood ideally is convenient. We walked to Pike Place & the Needle. But if you need quiet, it is a lively neighborhood & it is full of expected city noises. The check-in & out process were wonderful. We used the pool & fitness center all great. The building was clean & everyone was very friendly.

There is a closet with several coat hangers in each bedroom. There are plenty of coffee filters in the condo and we would have been happy to bring you more. There is also an excellent coffee shop right underneath the apartment (Macrina). There are three mirrors in this two bedroom apartment. We ask our guests to kindly remove their shoes at the unit entrance so that we can keep the floors clean for you (during your stay) and for future guests. Thanks again for your review. Nice city stay

Everything was exactly as advertised, and all interactions with the owners were great! Very nice apartment with a good central location, walkable to lots of attractions and tons of restaurants and bars. Perfect for our long weekend break.
