The "ARRIBAU" building is located in Praloup 1600 (and 7kms from Barcelonnette) in the town of Uvernet Fours. It is next to the free municipal parking lot.
Praloup has set up play areas for children: possibility of renting electric 4x4s, balance bikes, "little friends" carousel, inflatable play areas, mini golf, thrill trampolines, dedicated space for a fun approach to mountain biking, tennis lessons including on covered ground, boules games for all, access to the lake of Costebelle after a short walk from the heart of the resort...
The resort is in the Mercantour park which allows access to hiking trails with unspoilt nature. Praloup is close to many departures for white water sports thanks to its proximity to the Ubaye, there is also the possibility of downhill mountain bike rentals with marked trails in the resort, 4-season PRALOOPS sledging, riding center and aerodrome on Barcelonnette for plane or glider flights, paragliding flights. Golf is possible on the Golf du Bois Chenu course. The Siguret lake in Jausiers (11 kms from Praloup) is located near the heart of the village and invites adults to relax and children to swim and play.
The studio is on level -4 (access to the building is from the 5th floor) and it is in perfect condition with shower room, mixer taps, 32p TV, microwave, mini oven, mini dishwasher, induction hob...
Mountain area (with two bunk beds) independent of the main room where there is a trundle bed (2 beds 80x190 or 1 bed 160x190).
Large balcony with a view of a small garden and mountains in the distance, ski box in the building, lift.
Private unloading area in front of the building.

Possibility of weekend rental or two consecutive nights minimum.
Reduced rate for a weekly rental.
No nightly rental. No bed linen or towels are available.
Possibility of renting other studios in the same residence.
A deposit of €500 is requested but not cashed.
Keys are to be collected on site.
All cleaning products, including for the dishwasher, are included in the price.
A flat rate of €30 is to be included for commissioning.
No rental for New Year's Day.
