-An HOA-issued parking pass must be displayed when using the outdoor parking spot. If the parking pass is not returned to the unit upon checkout, a $75 replacement fee will be charged to the guest.

Parking Information:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Important Winter Advisory:
Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Close to Breckenridge

Very comfortable for 4 people. Great location 10 minutes from Breckinridge in a nice quiet complex. Management very responsive with a few minor things that went wrong.

Perfect ski launch point

Can't say enough good things about this place. It was bigger than expected and exceeded expectations all around. The hot tub was really nice and clean. The one downfall is that it is a .7 mile walk to the shuttle stop, but this was communicated and there's parking if you are driving to Copper or Keystone. Overall great place that was well-equipped to handle our group of six--would definitely stay here again.

The pictures made it look like a walk-in unit. However, the walk-in was only to the backyard. There were 16 stairs up to the unit. Missing lots of basic things that were accustomed to having especially in the kitchen area.

Unit was unfit for rental

Unclean, extremely poor communication. Leaking fridge and no lock on patio door. Unit on ground floor with alot of foot traffic. Management had no idea construction was being done. Workers in front of windows and patio. No lock on patio deal breaker. Unsafe.

We deeply apologize that your stay was not up to the standard of excellence we have set for our staff. We will be addressing these issues with the proper department. We did have housekeeping go back and reclean the unit. We were comunction with you almost every day that you were here. We bought several locks for the door and none were up to your standards, we do apologize again for the situation you experince with out company. This is not how we want you to experience your vacation with us. We do hope that you will book again with us so we can make it enjyable.
