Great property and great location. Easily walkable to shops and restaurants in downtown Healdsburg. Very clean and charming home - just as described/photographed.We stayed here on a family vacation. Myself and my husband and his parents. The home is two bedrooms. One bedroom is on the main floor with an on suite bathroom and walk in shower. This was perfect for my husband’s parents as they are in their mid-70s. The second bedroom is upstairs. The second bathroom is on the main level, however. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and there was a nice table to eat at. The backyard is beautiful with comfortable chairs, an easy to use fire pit and a hot tub. The host sent detailed instructions a few days before and was very responsive answering a question I had before booking.Overall we were very happy with our booking.

The location is great for enjoying downtown Healdsburg. The house is charming. However, the stairs going to the second bedroom is narrow and the two bathrooms are downstairs. Maybe just fine for children upstairs. Luckily, it was just my spouse and I with our dog so we didn't use the upstairs at all. The back patio is nice with the spa and gas fire pit. It would be nice for the space to have a table and chairs for eating and an umbrella for shade. It was nice to have a garage to park are car in.We would stay there again.
