Residence: The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life. It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace. You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room. For this summer 2026, the wellness area is open from 11am to 6pm, from 28 June until 30 August 2026, every day (from 12pm to 6pm on Wednesday and Saturday). For winter 2026-2027, it is scheduled to open from 5 December 2026 (subject to the opening of the station) until 11 April 2027, every day except Saturday during school holidays and every day except Wednesday outside school holidays.



Accommodation: This apartment with a beautiful area of 35 m2 can accommodate up to 7 people. It is located in the heart of the Orres 1800, a few steps away from all the shops (restaurants, superette, bulzangerie...) and activities of the resort, in the building "Les Silènes" of the residence of the Hauts de Préclaux.Enjoy its balcony on the 2nd floor with views of the shopping square and the surrounding mountains to read your favourite book, enjoy breakfast in the sun or simply enjoy the calm of the mountain.The apartment consists of an entrance with storage leading to the night corner, a kitchen equipped with everything you need for your living room, a living room with dining table and sitting area, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.As for sleeping, you can choose between a double bed 140 x 190 cm in the bedroom, three single beds 80 x 190 cm including a bunk in the night corner and a sofa bed convertible for 2 people.You will also have at your disposal a private ski box to store your slippery equipment as well as unlimited access to the residence's outdoor pool, sauna cabins and fitness area, open summer and winter.PETIT PLUS: you will have the possibility to reserve a parking space in the underground parking lot giving direct access to the accommodation by the elevator (surcharge and subject to availability).
