The apartment was really clean, well maintained and had everything you could need. The garage space for a hire car was really helpful. You are next to tennis and Padel courts, but the noise didn’t cause us any issues. The hill; it was fairly steep, but ok. I wouldn’t fancy doing it with shopping though - so the rental car was great!!

The apartment was exactly as described. It was well stocked with all essentials and exceptionally clean. The resort itself is immaculate and all facilities well maintained. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to recommend this lovely apartment. We would hire a car if we were to stay there again as there is a steep hill within the resort.

Absolutely beautiful

My husband and I spent 2weeks here and loved every minute off it. The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The only downside was the hill which I had to climb every day. Reminded me off how unfit I am but it certainly won’t put me off returning. We will be back. My husband loved the wee gym which was onsite and went there every morning. I loved the outside space and enjoyed lounging about. The tennis courts can be a bit annoying as sometimes the sound of bouncing balls went on until midnight!! Again that wouldn’t put me off returning. Overall a wonderful apartment and La Caleta is beautiful with plenty of wonderful restaurants. Hope to be back In January next year.

Perfect apartment with lovely views

We were met at the apartment and shown all of the facilities. The apartment is exceptionally clean and has everything you could possibly need for your stay and much much more. It is very spacious and has a large outdoor space with sun loungers, a seating area and a dining space. Upstairs there is a further balcony to enjoy the view over the tennis courts beyond and the beach. The tennis courts were a joy to watch during our stay. Caleta is a short walk away and is packed with fish restaurants. For a longer walk, the 467 bus will take you to Los Cristianos and you can walk back along the sea front. You can catch this just outside the hotel which is a five minute walk away. You can also find the steps in Caleta to take you to the cliffs above. You can then hike down to the cove behind at Hippie Beach. This apartment was a perfect base to stay and relax and the pool is huge. It is very quiet and everyone is very respectful of everyone else.

Beautiful apartment but noisy sports centre next door

We absolutely loved this apartment. It is very well appointed, comfortable beds, choice of pillows, plenty of towels and pool towels, aircon in all rooms, well equipped kitchen, wonderful large terrace off the lounge/kitchen and a smaller balcony upstairs off the master bedroom. Very comfortable cushions on the sun lounger with four separate awnings (electric). Wonderful view of the sea. The only downside, unfortunately it is a big one, is the outdoor sports centre next door. It is open 7 days a week 8am (9am on Sunday) until 11pm. It is the paddle courts which are unbearably loud with constant thud of balls being hit and shouting, roaring and swearing of players all day long, every day. The tennis players seemed to be much better behaved. The floodlights from the courts penetrate the window shutters of the bedrooms which do not have proper curtains, only decorative window voiles. Consequently it is unlikely that we would stay here again, which is a great shame as it is a wonderful apartment.

Zustand und Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Lediglich die Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer könnte etwas gemĂŒtlicher gestaltet werden. So gleicht sie einem OP Saal. Und man muss sich auf GerĂ€uschbelĂ€stigung durch die benachbarten Tenniscourts, Paddelcourts und Fitnesscenter einstellen. Uns hat es nicht gestört, Aber es beginnt morgens um 07:30 Uhr und geht bis 22:00 Uhr.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir verbrachten vier Wochung in dieser Wohnung in Magnolia Golf Resort und haben die Zeit genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Besonders gefallen hat uns die große hochwertig möblierte Terrasse mit mehreren elektrischen Markisen. Auch der riesige stets wenig frequentierte Pool ist ein Plus. Tenerife Top Training hat an 7 von 28 Tagen störend gelĂ€rmt, besonders morgens. Wir kommen gern wieder.

We loved this property. Very high standard of accommodation. 10-minute walk to La Caleta shops and restaurants. Great views over the town to the sea and mountains behind. We would certainly book again.

Mooi appartement!!!

Het is een heel mooi en praktisch appartement, aan het appartement is niks aan te merken, een supper host heel vriendelijk en duidelijken kraaknet, en op zich heel goed gelegen maar verschrikkelijk veel lawaai van de paddelvelden en tennistereinen van 8 u smorgens tot 11u savonds, als je denkt even te relaxen op terras of zelfs binnen met tv aan, vergeet het! Het geroep en lawaai van de paddel komt er bovenuit, heel spijtig !

Wohnung ist ein Traum, alles paßt zusammen, Wohnung und Anlage super sauber, kleineres minus ist die Tennisanlage direkt neben der Wohnung, dort wir Padel Tennis gespielt, an guten Tagen auf vier PlĂ€tzen von 8 Uhr bis 23 Uhr, das GerĂ€usch hier HolzschlĂ€ger ist sehr durchdringend.

Feb 2020 3 week stay

Just back from a 3 week stay in Feb 2020. The apartment is immaculate, beautifully furnished and well equipped. The rooms and balcony are spacious, the beds were large and very comfortable. We booked for a 3 week stay and were a little disappointed when we arrived to be told it was not going to be cleaned during our stay, although it could easily be arranged with an oncost, we’ve never booked anywhere for 3 weeks before so perhaps that’s something we should check in future? The swimming pool is only 1-2 min walk away, in front of another block, you can’t see it from the apartment and the water was quite cold. It’s a lovely pool area and there were always sunbeds and umbrellas available. The view is of the sea and the sports centre, although there is some noise from the sports we didn’t find this a problem and actually enjoyed watching some of the activities. There is some construction work nearby and within view but during our stay it was quiet. When we arrived we were told the water pressure was poor and it’s an issue locally, although you could shower, it wasn’t great and was a bit frustrating. The apartment is within a secure and well kept, gated resort but is up a steep hill, if you are walking as we were, it can be a challenge especially when it’s hot. A couple of taxis refused to go into the resort, as although there is a button for them to get out they were worried they’d get ‘stuck in’. It’s only a 5 min stroll into La Caleta which is a great place with fab restaurants and bars, but if you did want a taxi back from La Caleta some weren’t very happy to do the short trip even with a generous tip. If you have a car, then the hill and walking aren’t a problem and hopefully the water pressure problem will get resolved.

Fabulous apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at this large duplex apartment. Beautifully furnished and equipped. Huge sunny terrace with comfortable furniture. Underground secure car park very helpful. Excellent location to be able to walk to restaurants in La Caleta, if you don't mind walking up the steep hill after dinner but you can take your car if you don't fancy that. Can't comment on the gym as we never found it (or wanted to!). A few things renters should know: 1) Shower pressure rather weak. Owner blamed local supply but it really needs a power unit if that is the case 2) The swimming pool is lovely but not heated 3) There is a sports club next to the development which is very busy most afternoons and evenings and can be a little noisy at times (but not overnight). It didn't really bother us but, if you're looking for total serenity, be aware. 4) La Caleta / Costa Adeje is a really nice area but is being developed, so you may find some construction work going on. Again, it wasn't really a problem for us, but don't be surprised

We loved it , apartment was fabulous!

Me and my daughter had a wonderful 10 day stay , the apartment was fantastic, first class and had everything you needed and more , the balcony was absolutely fabulous with sea views and good facilities for sunbathing and outdoor dining which we used every day . Everything in the apartment was equipped to a very high quality . Location was just what we wanted quiet yet only a short walk to the fantastic restaurants in La Caleta and a short taxi ride away from other resorts . There is a shop just a few minutes walk away where you can get essentials and a supermarket about 10 minutes walk away . The restaurants in La Caleta are the best , serving fantastic food , you won’t want to go anywhere else , lovely walk along the seafront to all the restaurants. We highly recommend the apartment and resort and would love to return .

Nous n avions jamais trouvĂ© un appartement aussi bien. Équipement complet, trĂšs bonne literie, espace gĂ©nĂ©reux. Un sans faute sans oublier EDNA qui intervient Ă  la moindre demande. Eine Wohnung nur fĂŒr Sportbegeisterte

Der Empfang und der erste Eindruck waren hervorragend. Ein besonderes Lob fĂŒr die Reinigung und Pflege dieser Wohnung! ; aber wohlfĂŒhlen ist in dieser Wohnung nicht möglich. Hierzu sind drei wesentliche Fakten zu benennen: 1. Die Beleuchtung. Diese wurde offensichtlich von Halogen auf LED umgestellt, zu viel und zu helles Licht, wie in einem Ausstellungs- oder Funktionsraum. 2. Die Akustik. Da es keine Gardinen, Polster, Teppiche o.Ă€hnl. in der Wohnung gibt, ist die Akkustik fĂŒrchterlich, Fernsehen war nur mit EinschrĂ€nkung durch den Halleffekt möglich. 3. Lage der Wohnung. GegenĂŒber bzw. direkt neben dieser Wohnanlage gibt es ein riesiges Sportzentrum mit Tennis-, Paddel-, FußballplĂ€tzen und vieles mehr. Man wurde von morgens bis spĂ€t abends durch umfangreiche SportaktivitĂ€ten, begleitet von entsprechenden SportgerĂ€uschen einschl. Rap-Musik-Unterhaltung, belĂ€stigt. Dazu waren ab der Dunkelheit umfangreiche Flutlichtanlagen bis 22 bzw. 23 Uhr eingeschaltet. Diese 3 wesentlichen Faktoren haben unseren Urlaub dominiert.

Tolles Apartment mit traumhafter Dachterrasse

Sehr schöne Maisonette Wohnung mit allem Komfort und geschmackvoller Einrichtung in einer gepflegten Anlage. Die Bilder zeigen genau das was einem vor Ort erwartet. Wir waren fĂŒr 2 Wochen zu Gast und haben besonders die Dachterrasse genossen. Aber auch die KĂŒche war komplett ausgestattet und die gesamte Wohnung war extrem sauber. DafĂŒr wĂŒrden wir glatt noch einen extra Stern vergeben. Die Lage der Wohnung war fĂŒr uns ebenfalls optimal. Wir waren zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten im kleinen Ort La Caleta. Man kann von da aus an der Strandpromenade bis Los Christianos laufen. Die Hausdame vor Ort hat sich sehr herzlich um uns bemĂŒht incl. einer Flasche Wein zur BegrĂŒĂŸung. Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen.

Excellent Apartment

We were mostly very happy with the apartment. It is a clean, well kept complex with good security. The apartment was very clean, with good facilities. We especially liked the big fridge, plenty of wardrobe space and it felt light and airy. The apartment is very modern, and feels very new and was in a good location, close to La Caleta village. However we were not happy that the apartment is next to a very large sports facility, with many tennis and squash courts, football pitches and gym. This meant that every morning at 08:00 we were woken by people playing tennis, the apartment is that close that you can hear the balls on the tennis courts. Then every evening there was football training with stadium lighting that sometimes went on until 23:00, this was also very noisy and meant that we could not sit on the balcony in the evening. We would also like to point out that this apartment does not have a view of the pool area. This apartment has a view of the sports facility and a sea view. Yes the sea view is nice but they are also currently building three new complexes and that is what you can see also. There was also quite a bit of building noise from the building work. It is also good to know that the parking spaces in the garage for this apartment are very small and you could struggle to get a medium sized car into it. It is a very quiet area, nice short walk to La Caleta, which has some fantastic restaurants. We have just spent a wonderful week in this property and would highly recommend this property to any one else wishing to rent a high class apartment with fabulous sea views and everything you could wish for in this lovely property. Everything is so organised, Edna who welcomed us was brilliant and was on hand if we ever needed anything at all, the property is set in a very private secure lovely complex, all in all I cannot speak highly enough of the apartment and everything associated with it, thank you for letting us rent this fabulous place.
