Welcome to this Charming 3 Bedroom Cottage just steps to the crystal clear waters of Crescent Beach!

Walk out the front door and walk to the beach path to the east to enjoy your beautiful sandy stretch of private association beach. After the beach, hop in the outdoor shower and rinse off before enjoying a well-earned cocktail on the oversized deck taking in the sunset views over the Great Salt Pond.

The kitchen is tastefully curated with a large refrigerator, quartz countertops, and incredible hardwood floors that give a special summer feeling. Walk out of the kitchen into the exquisitely decorated den, living room, and four seasons room bright with vibrant colors.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and accesses a private deck with stunning views overlooking the neighboring fields and boats on the Harbor. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a Full bed.

The house is equipped with a flat screen TV w/ DirectTV, Stove, Dishwasher, and Washer & Dryer Machines.

delightful beach house...loved the knotty pine and beach access. The beds need to be addressed...they are 2 queens and 1 full size bed (which cannot sleep two adults!). The mattresses are very uncomfortable and the entire beds are VERY squeaky and wobbly...I would suggest replacing all the beds. Also, the furniture in the rest of the house does not accommodate 6 adults comfortably. TV room only had seating for 4 and the sofa was worn out and uncomfortable. The kitchen table allowed only 4 with two additional at the kitchen counter on stools...not ideal. There are two other living type rooms but again, not enough seating for all 6 adults. Made it difficult to enjoy games or watch TV on the rainy day for the entire group.

We had a wonderful time. The location is perfect, exactly what I was hoping to find. The property is lovely with multiple areas for sitting so you never feel cramped. The host was fantastic too. Thank you!

Location and property are excellent - Beautiful and tranquil setting! The house is cute and “cottagey” downstairs but the upstairs is more of an old cabin vibe. It was okay with family but if we had been sharing with other couples it would not have been ideal and there’s no mention of this in the description of the house. Small rooms, low slanted ceilings, old bathroom and only one shared closet for 3 BRs. Would work for kids but something to keep in mind for adults sharing the house.

This house and location is perfect for a quiet getaway with a short walk to the beach and a perfect second floor porch to enjoy coffee on every morning overlooking new harbor! My wife and I will definitely be planning another stay here next summer.

Dream spot

Absolutely lovely cottage ideally located with access to a very quiet beach. Sunset views off the deck. We thoroughly ourselves. No notes.

Great week

The house was perfect for our family. Short walk to a private beach with great surf. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking our freshly dug clams; stuffies & liguini with clam sauce. Hung out on both the upstairs & back decks and watched the daily parade of deer and pheasants. Weather was great right up to the last couple days when the wind picked up to the point where all ferries to/from BI were cancelled. Since the next renters couldn’t get in, we were allowed to stay another night after a brief text and phone exchange. Greatly appreciated. We’ll definitely be back

Wonderful Block Island Cottage

We had a terrific time during our return trip to BI. A lovely quaint home in a convenient location. Well equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms and bright sun porches. Neighborhood is a small community of newer homes. rather busy, but close walk to the beach.

Great location, lovely house

We had a great stay, fortunately the weather was excellent every day except one, and then we put together a 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle we found at the house. The kitchen was surprisingly well-stocked including a few staples in the pantry. Be aware that the house does not have A/C which was only a problem on the nights when we didn’t have a strong breeze off the ocean. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but we managed. The beach here was beautiful, not crowded and clean, and a short walk from the house.

We had a great stay at this house. It's nicely furnished and very clean. The location is unbeatable. We can walk to the best beach!

Great location -steps to beach!

We have been renting on Block Island for years. You cannot beat this location. Just far away enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough to make a quick run to a restaurant or shopping. The beach was down a private path and on some days we were the only ones there making it seem like it was private. We love mansion beach so we had the best of both worlds. A quiet serene beach that leads into Mansion beach with a short beach walk. The house is well taken care of and had everything that we needed in terms of space and bathrooms. As veteran Block Islanders who have stayed in many different homes you learn to bring most things because you can’t expect everything in each home. But compared to a lot of homes in BI this home was well stocked. Additionally the lack of WiFi was not an issue for us as we expect that on the island and used a hotspot if needed. Our kids barely needed their devices since we were at the beach, biking, and enjoying the island. Would love to come again. My kids are already asking about next year!

Great location and fun cozy home

We had a very nice time staying in this home, and for the most part, when we had questions, the owner was EXTREMELY responsive. The only thing that I would change is that it wasn’t my past experience (or that of my friends who’ve rented on the island for years) to have to bring our own linens and bath and beach towels, and doing so can be all more complicated when having to travel to an island. I also am grateful to have asked a couple days in advance because it wasn’t communicated and I actually had to go buy sheets for 2 of the beds. Same goes for the fact that the home lacked WiFi (although my understanding from the owner is that this will be fixed when broadband is brought to the island next year). Unfortunately it seemed that the dishwasher (which was fairly new) had a circuit issue and we never got to use it (except as a drying rack after washing everything by hand). Kitchen was a great size though, and had everything needed in terms of pots, pans, cutlery, etc, with the exception of spices (not even salt air sugar), and also bring your own laundry detergent, dish soap, toiletries, TP, paper towels, etc (which is often fully stocked at other rentals). That said, the views of both the ocean and the pond were breathtaking, especially from the upper deck, and the home was warm and inviting with amazing cross breezes and fans where needed. We had a great week with many memories!

Great location and price

We enjoyed Robert's rental! The absolute best part was the private beach access. We were happy that beach chairs were available for us to use and some beach toys. The washer and dryer was great for our longer rental. The house has great hot water for showers. The extra half bath helped with 5 of us staying there. The listing says 3.5 baths because Robert includes the outdoor shower. Actually the house has 1 full bath, 1 half bath and an outdoor shower. The not so great...many supplies were not included. We brought our own linens and towels, which is understandable because of COVID. But we also had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, hand soap and we almost bought laundry & dish soap (there were almost empty bottles there that we used). The location and neighborhood was wonderful. Sometimes it was hard to get a hold of Robert but he was very quick to respond when we had a slight issue with the dishwasher. I did get the feeling that he wanted us to have a comfortable stay. I would not recommend this house to a younger crowd looking for loads of entertainment options. For me, it was great since I wanted to detach from all that however my boys were not happy with the lack of WIFI, smaller tv, no DVD and no way to cast their devices to the tv. Overall we had a wonderful stay at Robert's place but with some attention to details, Robert can make his rental even better!
