Greetings from Rick and Renee. Clean, safe and comfortable. Those words really do describe this place. Many of our guest reviews mention how clean the place was when they arrived. We work hard at it. Your comfort and our wish that you have that "feels like home" experience is also a big focus our ours. So, we've made sure that the beds are as comfortable as possible with beautiful comforters and blankets, quality high thread count sheets, quality mattress pads and 6 pillows on the king and queen beds. Our high quality Sealy and Beautyrest mattresses are newer and very comfortable. Both the king and queen bedrooms are of ample size. You won't need to step over anything in our bedrooms during your stay. There are plenty of places to stash things. The king bedroom has two full closets. All bedrooms have black out window curtains. There is also a twin over full bunkbed room upstairs.
The kitchen is fully stocked with newer appliances and all the tools you'll need to prepare a wonderful meal or simply pop some corn for a movie. The dining table seats 8 people comfortably. There is a microwave of course, an electric kettle, and a Cuisinart coffee maker. We provide Folger's dark roast type coffee with filters, non-dairy creamer and sweatners. There is a coffee grinder there if you want to bring your own beans.
Settle into the living room to enjoy a movie on a 70 in SMART TV. There is also a 42 inch TV in the king bedroom. There is a comfortable sectional couch and a recliner chair and a reading chair with ottoman in the living room. All three are awesome choices for grabbing a good book, a throw and a pillow or two to enjoy some well deserved me time.
There is a full bath upstairs where all of the bedrooms are and it has a shower (with shower wand) over tub and high rise elongated toilet. There is a vanity with a sink and a plate glass mirror. Kirkland brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. High quality extra plush white towels are provided as well. You'll find a hair dryer in the bathroom cabinet. There is a half bath located on the first floor where is another blow dryer in the cabinet and a first aid kit there as well.
The basement is partially finished. It has a large sectional couch witha 75 inch SMART TV. That sits on top of an entertainment center that include an electric fireplace with heater. There is a bath with shower down there and also a twin over full bunk bed. You'll also find a work station area with a charger reading lamp located at the bottom of the stairs.
The washer and dryer are located on the main level off the half bath. They are high capacity Samsung machines. Laundry detergent, bleach, stain remover and dryer sheets are provided. There is a iron, ironing board and folding table next to the washer and dryer.
If needed, you'll find a pack & play, a high chair and a baby monitor in the front foyer closet for the young traveler.
Safety is important too. There is a first aid kit in the half bath cabinet. There are hardwired smoke/CO2 detectors by the bedrooms on the second floor and also in the unfinished basement. The main floor has smoke detectors. The fire extinguisher is located in the garage and there is a mini kithen type extinguisher next to the stove top in the kitchen. The exterior garage lights and porch lights go on at dusk automatically and stay on until dawn for your safety and comfort.
This unit is on one side of a duplex and is very private. The entry door is on the end of the building and the common wall has really good sound insulation. The units are separated by two large 2 stall attached garages. You are welcome to use the garage.
The driveway is huge. Guests with boats love it.
The location is awesome with only a 1-2 minute drive to Interstate 43 on the east side of Green Bay. Everything is close here, so being close to the belt line is super convenient. Sturgeon Bay, the county seat of Door County is only 45 minutes away. Lambeau Field is just 14 minutes away. There are a number of nice restaurants nearby. And of course the world famous Uncle Mike's Bakery is at the end of the block within walking distance.
We have 6 rentals all pretty much in the row. There are two 2 bedroom units, three 3 bedroom units and one 4 bedrooms unit. Please be sure to read our reviews.

Hi, my name is Jon, but most people call me Rick. It's a long story so I won't bore you with the details. I spent my career in real estate and my wife Renee is a school teacher in the Howard Suamico school district nearby. I've been doing the hosting thing for many years now. I currently have six short term rentals all in the same location. It's become sort of a full time thing because so much effort is given to maintaining these places to assure our guests end up with a comfortable and satisfying stays.
We enjoy traveling and have recently been to Scandanavia and Eastern Europe. Renee's family has a beautiful home in northern Wisconsin near the Eagle River area. So, we get up there often with our kayaks. Lastly, I have to throw Daisy Duke, my first mate English Springer Spaniel into my description. Double D spends a lot fo time with me. We rescued her from our local animal shelter. She's a good pooch. I have a daughter who lives in Townsend, Montana which is near Bozeman and also another daughter who lives in Sturgeon Bay. Both of them have VRBO properties where they live. I also have two step children who are in college.

The location of this property is perfect for guests who want sort of a central location to everything. It's located less than a mile away from Interstate 43 which serves as part of our beltline around Green Bay. We have made these units very nice. I guess the difference with our properties is that we made a choice to always keep them up to date. Pillows and bedding are changed and refreshed often. I understand the charm of renting a place that has a collection of old and new kitchenware and furnishings. But we decided to keep everything on the newer side. We have strived to find a happy medium between providing a cozy place with also the ability to keep it super clean. So there isn't a lot of clutter and everything is easily wiped down and sanitized after every stay. Our kitchens are well stocked. If you choose to stay in and make a great dinner, you should be able to find everything you need. If you can't find it, just let us know and we'll get it to you.
We've put so much into these units and I can comfortably say they are the perfect place to stay in Green Bay.
