Great great property!! Have rented many homes in Estes Park and this one was at the top! Very clean throughout the home, and very comfortable for any family with plenty of bedrooms and seating in the den. Having garage parking is a great asset. Wonderful view and very close to everything. Many elk in the yard most days. Only complaint is the road nearby but you can't do anything about that. Highly recommend!

A wonderful house with excellent space. The game room was a great touch. But the proximity to the Stanley was major. (We were in town for the Halloween ball). Can’t wait to stay here again!

Lovely home

I spent a month at this wonderful home and enjoyed every minut The location is spectacular and very convenient to everything. Plenty of space and beds and bathrooms. The kitchen has everything except a colander. Lots of elk and deer. It is noisy on the patio. You can hear the highway. I will be back!

On September 28th reached out to the property with questions and to open up communication received email from Heather that A representative would contact me never heard back from anyone. Date of arrival my daughter arrived first to the house it was not properly clean. She did reach out, and they offered to come clean. We were to tiered from traveling to have someone come and clean at night. The down stars bathroom had an awful smell we slept with the window open and the heat on. I bought a lot of air refresher. Had to buy laundry soap as none was left as the details say. The reason I bought soap is there is not enough wash cloths. Parking lot is hard to get in and out of. The location was nice, and the house was big but will not be back. I read all the reviews and not sure how this property is rated as a 10 I will give it a 6.

Hi Rosita, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate your honesty and the opportunity to address your concerns. We’d like to clarify a few details. Our team did offer to return for a touch-up cleaning after your initial report, but the offer was declined on two separate occasions. The home was thoroughly cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. We do provide eco-friendly laundry soap sheets for our guests, and we’ll double-check to ensure they were stocked for your stay. We would have been happy to deliver more had we been notified. Regarding the downstairs bathroom, this is the first time we’ve received such feedback—from guests, staff, or the homeowners who regularly use the space—but we will certainly take a closer look to ensure everything meets our standards. We also want to mention that one of our important house rules was unfortunately not followed during your stay. These guidelines are in place for the safety and comfort of all guests, and we ask that they be reviewed prior to check-in. We’re sorry your experience didn’t fully meet expectations, but we hope you still enjoyed your time in Estes Park.

The house was so comfortable for our family. 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, video room, game room - we had a billiards tournament. Having a washer and dryer was so handy. Huge kitchen , everything we needed to cook with newer appliances, dishwasher and 2 separate ovens. Incredible unobstructed views. Watched a large elk feed in the backyard. Nice sturdy large balcony. Walking distance to stores and 5 minutes drive to our favorite fishing spot. Only thing lacking would be a couple of small tables on the deck and no coffee table in the living room. Other than that, the house was fabulous. Looks like a one story ranch from the front and in actuality has 3 stories. Very pleased with our stay.
