We offer for rent, in the town of Guilherand-Granges, this charming air-conditioned apartment with an area of 80 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room, an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi (fiber optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodations are composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with sofas, TV, dining area and balcony access
- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
A 10 m² balcony, facing West, with fake grass and a view of the Ardèche mountains
The apartment is ideally located in Guilherand-Granges, in a peaceful, secure and very pleasant residential area. You can benefit from all the essential shops nearby but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...

- Walk or bike along the banks of the Rhône
- Visit the vineyards (little train of the vineyards) and buy wine from the great appellations of the Rhône Valley
- Guided tour of wine cellars and tasting of great wines
- Visit of the historic center of Tournon sur Rhône as well as the castle of Tournon
- Swimming and water activities

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot (1 vehicle) or in the surrounding public parking lots.
