Stay in this large house and live like a true local in Beaumont Texas.
Our rental comes with 5 bedrooms, and a living room that you're free to use any time. Wi-Fi, free parking -- we've got everything you need. We also have a back deck !where you can relax while sipping your coffee!

This is literally in the best neighborhood in all of Beaumont Texas where the mayor also lives.

Note: backs to a train!

Our home in Texas embraces the warm weather, humidity, and abundant woodlands, seamlessly blending into the natural landscape. It is a haven for various species of wildlife, including foxes, deer, coyotes, armadillos, raccoons, opossums, squirrels, ducks, woodpeckers, Cardinals, Blue Jays, and more. Additionally, our surroundings teem with smaller critters like lizards, frogs, honeybees, and other insects. It's important to note that encounters with Mother Nature's creatures are part of the experience, and therefore, we do not provide refunds for such encounters. As a playful nod to Texas, it's often said that the flying cockroach is the state bird. We invite you to revel in the natural beauty that surrounds us!

PLEASE NOTE:
House Rules
Guests will be required to read and honor the House Rules and rental agreement.

Parties/Gatherings
No gatherings or parties are permitted. Only booked guests may be on-site at the property at any time unless arrangements have been discussed and approved, and additional fees paid in advance.

Security Deposit
A $250 security deposit is required for each booking, as stated under the House Rules. This is separate from the booking payment. Booking this property implies your agreement to pay the deposit and honor the House Rules. No deposit means no entry.

Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved pets and charge a small additional fee of $25 per pet, per night, to cover cleaning costs. Strictly no pets allowed on any of the beds or couches.

Additional Amenities
A crib is available upon request. We currently have 14 listings and two cribs, so please let us know in advance if you need one and we will ensure a crib is made available for your arrival.

If you need additional bedding such as extra pillows, air mattresses, or electric (heated) blankets, please feel free to make a request. A walker is also available upon request!

Smoking is okay outside of the house. No music after 10PM. No more than 5 vehicles allowed to avoid blocking the driveways.

Family reunion

Property was not ready at checkin time. Did not have 2 king beds as stated. Coffee pots: 1 didn’t work, 1 burnt coffee potSewer smell in house. Plumbing poor. Dirty back patio. Frayed rugs ... tripping hazardGenerally just not clean.

So Greatful

My family and I were in town for a funeral. This home was more than enough space in side and out. The owner checked in with me on a regular basis to see if we needed anything. The neighbor was very quiet and we all sleep close comfortably. My brother is in a wheelchair and although we had to work to get him in the house he was able to move around very well with all the space that was provided. The house Is near plenty of stores. I would recommend this Lovely to all future guests as my family and I will book again when we are in town. Thank you so much for taking care of our stay durning such a difficult time. We were not able to enjoy the lovely patio because we was with our family that lives in Beaumont, but I so wanted to drink a cup of coffee out there just wasn’t enough time to do so!

Extra deposit was not disclosed until I called to verify arrangements a week prior to staying, had to cashapp the funds to owner. Crib was never delivered for the baby

Large Bedrooms, Loud Train action

The accommodations were nice enough;however, the train transfer Station is incredibly loud all night/day. Home is well appointed with board games, coffee, essentials, new furniture. Plenty of parking & good communication by the host. The only reason we would not stay there is the train noise at night. They do provide earplugs, I just can’t sleep in them. If noise doesn’t bother you, it’s a great place to stay.

Hard to communicate

If it. Wasn’t for the workers next door using water from this house we would have never gotten inside and been forced to go to a nearby hotel. All three phone numbers didn’t help Only one had an answering machine. No one ever replied. The workers next door had a different phone number. The code given to us was wrong.

Great Place to Stay

Let me first say, The owner, Amazing to work with. It is very apparent that he cares about his guest and that they are comfortable. He was so easy to communicate with. The home was in a great location and in a quiet neighborhood. We had a very nice stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Landon.
