Actually, the place was great! I was pleasantly surprised that the glasses, plates and pots and pans, etc were in good shape. At other condos we have stayed at those items were in terrible condition. I loved that the condo was on the ground floor - reason we rented the place! My husband loved walking down to the beach every day. Thanks again for renting such a nice place.

We were given wrong codes at the beginning. Had to climb over the fence to come back from the beach. No tv in 2nd bedroom. Needed more towels. Bed in master was very small and uncomfortable.Junk in 2nd bedroom closet. Had to move it out. No place to put it.

Great Location!

Convenient ground floor condo

This condo is conveniently located right next to the beach access walkover. It is great for people who do not navigate stairs. There are no steps to access the condo, and the beach walkover is a ramp with no steps. Great access directly to the nice wide beach!

Needs Updates

We had a great vacation & unit was clean & everything worked. But bathroom linens & silverware were minimally stocked. Vertical blinds need replacement. Dishwasher not installed correctly; about to fall out.

Great location. Unit is dated

The unit had what we needed and was clean enough. No beach towels but enough regular towels. Shower curtains need to be changed. Furniture and appliances are dated. The gate codes were not updated correctly. Vtrips did not contact us at all until checkout. More like a hotel stay in this unit. I have stayed at other units on this property and felt more appreciated.

Location and low price are red flags for service and quality

My family and I have never been to the area and were looking for a place to stay near the beach where it was going to be warm. The price was reasonable and comparable to other places and the proximity to the beach was a big benefit. It is only several steps aways from beach access and I can see that being a huge benefit for a family with young kids or people who do not want to drive or walk far to get to the beach. Things I wish I knew before that would give me pause. Getting to restaurants and shops is a drive, the tennis courts have pickleball nets and are in decent not great shape, pool is large and very nice. The property manager is not a great communicator and his email went to my spam, on the day of he did not respond to me about access, they are very serious about not letting anyone in before 4 pm, the place was not being used but they program the lock so that you cannot get in one minute earlier (seems petty), furniture is not comfortable, one bedroom has a window that is to a dark hallway with no natural light, and loud with kids playing ball in the morning, kitchen appliances not installed properly, they work but unstable, kitchen is good for making coffee but not really a place I would cook, people are able to drive on the beach which takes some getting used to, I did walk in front of a car who was kind enough to stop as I did not think to look for a car on the beach. I do not recommend this location and the property manager, but if you are looking for a cheap way to get right next to the beach, know what you are getting into.

There aren’t enough characters allowed to explain mine and my family’s bad experience. The complex was okay but this condo and the management that runs it receive a generous 1 out of 5 stars. I had to call the management’s customer service several times to ask for access codes and information that should have been provided at or upon arrival. I was stuck on the beach boardwalk because I had not been given the access code to re-enter the gate from the beach. The bed is hard as a rock and the pillows were as thin as a table cloth. I woke up with a terrible crick in my neck after the first night. They provide you with little to no complimentary items like you’d receive at any hotel.

The place was clean and spacious enough, however, we will not be staying there again because they couldn’t even give us access to beach chairs to be able to go down to the beach. Yes, I know that there are a beach rental place but what a hassle! For us to be able to time for that truck to come along and drop beach chairs off it’s nothing but a hassle when people are traveling as most of us are on airplanes to come to Florida. It would be convenient to have beach chairs. You could keep them outside, so the sand doesn’t come in the house even though there is a place to clean off the chairs we have been to many VRBO‘s that all provide beach chairs for the beach for that reason we will not come back. We couldn’t even enjoy the beach. Also, the sliding glass door did not lock so anybody could get into our place. We did let maintenance or the office know about it. They did call and send someone out. The man said the whole door has to be replaced. Somebody asked us if we wanted to have a stick. We said yes that would be great. We would feel safe, but they never provided a stick during our Stay and it was very difficult as far as communication they took days to answer your questions.

Great Location

The condo was nice although not as clean as expected. It was well appointed. The location was great - the building was the closest to the beach and there were plenty of restaurants close by to choose from.
