Exactly as described. Perfect location to walk to State Farm Stadium. Westgate Entertainment Center has a good variety of restaurants and frequent special activities. Deborah was always quick to respond to questions. Our experience there was increadible. I highly recommend this property and host!

Amazing stay!

This was an amazing stay and great for a friends weekend! It was close to shopping and food 😁 I would stay here again!

Exceeded expectations

Clean and spacious. Home was bigger than the photos, which was great! My family had a blast in the pool and then snacking and relaxing at the outside patio set up. Beds were comfy. Pelenty of seating and lounge areas. Close to stores and markets. Host was readily available with information. Will definitely be booking again for our future visits.

Excellent Oasis

This property was wonderful to stay at! The house was clean and well furnished. Spacious and close to Westgate. Our host was communicative and easy to reach. We loved the space and the heated pool! Would definitely book here again!

40th Birthday

The property is close to shopping and dining which was great. We were able to celebrate a 40th birthday within the spacious home. We were also able to seamlessly communicate with the property manager.

The hosts were very responsive leading up to and throughout our trip over Christmas. They accommodated an early check in so we could go to a Cardinals afternoon game upon arrival and had the place decorated for Christmas. There were minor things that came up such as wifi needing a reset and we were answered very quickly and with detailed instructions. They even were willing to help set us up with an extra night stay at the original place or another closer to the airport when we were told we didn’t have a seat on the plane home due to having to downsize the plane. We felt very taken care of. The place was what we required giving our 3 kids their own space (bedrooms) when needed and everyone had good sleeps throughout the trip. Location was fantastic being 10 minute walk to the stadium (cutting through the park) as well as 15-20 minutes to the sports district and outlet malls with lots of fun things to do and many options for restaurants. A Walmart supercenter was around a 10 minute drive to get what was needed. I recommend bringing indoor games/cards, and depending on needs, for outdoor activities a small floaty, various water wings, pool noodles, and some balls were provided. No non-pool games for outdoors. I also recommend bringing small containers of basic essentials for cooking (such as spices/condiments) if doing a shorter trip so you don’t need to purchase. There was salt and pepper provided. We asked prior to so we were prepared.

Worry-free stay

Can't say enough about the host~ very accommodating, easy to work with, low stress, didn't hand out a list of chores and warnings. It was very clean, beds were comfy, there were enough big beds that the kids didn't have to fight over them... centrally located and close to a ton of entertainment.

Great Arizona Getaway

The house was clean and perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. The hosts were kind and responsive to our questions. Awesome backyard and pool area, would definitely recommend for a family or group of friends, close to the Cardinal’s stadium, restaurants and shops! Thanks for having us!

Easy Access and Comfortable Home

Had a great stay. Close to the freeway and the activities we wanted. Very comfortable beds and furniture. The pool was a very welcome break from the heat. We plan to book here again. Highly recommend. Owners are great at getting right back to you if you have questions.

Great Stay

We were a group of 6, fathers and three sons and the accommodations we're as advertised. Clean, comfortable and centrally located close to the Stadium and shopping and restaurants. We were able to rely on ride shares for short drives to/from dinner. And the owner was very responsive with information. Thanks for the hospitality!

Football Game Vacation

Location was amazing! Easy walk to Statefarm or Diamond Stadiums. So much room we were easily able to accommodate 10 for dinner and games. Large bedrooms and common rooms. Pool is a little smaller than it appears to be in the photos, but still very nice. Great neighborhood.

Fantastic location, great property

Had a great weekend with family and friends at this location. Walking distance to the Westgate area where there are so many things to do.. walking distance to State Farm Stadium.. house had plenty of room for the 6 of us.. dry clean and well kept.. Pool was and patio area were great for relaxing at the house when we weren’t out in the Glendale area.. Would stay here again for a concert, football game, or even just to enjoy the restaurants and activities at Westgate..!

Family Trip to Phoenix

Communication before the trip was excellent. Check in was easy. The place was perfect for us including six adults and two more with the young child visiting intermittently. Well supplied. Even decorated for Christmas! We appreciated that. Loved it!

Perfect Location and Cozy Home

If you planning on going to the State Farm Stadium, this is the play to stay. This property is walking distance to the stadium and the entertainment center in a safe neighborhood. The property is well maintained and made you feel like you're at home. The property owners were responsive to all of my questions.

Cardinals State Farm Stadium, Spring Training Baseball for Dodgers, Padres, Mariners, and White Sox and concert events at the Desert Diamond Arena; Top Golf and a 9 hole course at Desert Mirage. Dining and shopping galore at the Westgate Entertainment District are just a few blocks walking distance.
A short drive and you're at Desert Diamond Casino and Park West Entertainment Center.
For day trips and adventure seekers - Easy access to the Highway for a beautiful drive to the Grand Canyon, Lake Pleasant and scenic Sedona.
And if pure relaxation is in your travel plans, then lounging on the patio beside a refreshing private pool awaits you! The Casa's quiet subtle vibe truly makes this a 5star getaway.

We love the quiet and layback feel to this neighborhood, while having so much accessible options around us. Top restaurants like The Lola, Salt, Kabuki; as well as favorites The YardHouse, Bar Louies, HotNJuicy Crawfish and State 48 Brewery.
Enjoying a private pool and patio are an exceptional bonus to your stay.
