We're so glad you had a great stay! Thank you for leaving us feedback. We are always trying to improve our guests' experience so thank you for bringing these items to our attention. We have replaced the sheets and scheduled a deep carpet clean as we agree those both need attention. Please also always give us a call if you need additional fans. Usually it's cool enough at night to open windows and close them during the day to keep it cool but we understand sometimes it can still get too warm upstairs. It was an absolute pleasure to host you and we are glad you enjoyed the area! We hope to host you again soon!

It's wonderful to know that you found the location ideal for hiking and biking and appreciated the seclusion. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered, such as the spiders, the broken hot tub, and the slow-dripping coffee maker. We understand how important these amenities are to our guests and are taking immediate steps to address them. We're also sorry to hear about the difficulty with the electric stove and patio door. Thanks for your feedback. In Sept 2021, Vacation Rental Collective took over management of this property and reassigned the property to another cleaner. In fall 2023, the entire condo was gutted and remodeled.
