This premier 3rd floor, 3 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath condo is the perfect retreat to relax and unwind! Don't worry about what you need—this spacious 1315-square-foot condo has it all!

THE SPACE: This condo has a large private balcony where you can take in the beautiful view of the gulf or unwind and watch the kids play in the pool. The LIVING ROOM is beautifully decorated with an entry to the balcony and is spacious with comfortable seating, a queen size sofa-sleeper and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The fully stocked KITCHEN has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. The MASTER BEDROOM has a king bed, a work desk, and a slider entrance to the balcony. The large master bath has a walk-in shower and double vanity. Every bedroom has a private bathroom! BEDROOM 2 has two full size beds, BEDROOM 3 has a queen size bed and both have adjoining baths with a tub/shower combination. In addition, there is an additional half bath near the entryway for guests! A full-size washer/dryer, iron/ironing board and free WIFI are provided for your convenience. You will also enjoy the keyless entry system---no need to keep track of keys!

THE PROPERTY: Stay, play and never leave the complex! The Beach Club is a luxury beach resort located 12 miles from Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores in the Fort Morgan area. You will enjoy the private sugar white sand beach on this 86-acre resort which includes walking trails and a QR fitness trail. Available in season are beach chair and umbrella rentals, parasailing and other activities. Included in your rental is access to any of the 4 pools, hot tubs, boardwalks with showers leading to the beach, wading pools and restrooms at the foot of each building. You have access to order food and drinks from the outdoor Tiki bar and grill, use the playground now open from dawn to dusk, basketball courts, walking trails and tram services. Additionally, you are welcome at the clubhouse salon for spa services and the fine dining restaurant and bar. You can take the free tram to the entrance of the resort to enjoy the restaurants and The Mercantile convenience store which has beach apparel, coffee and ice cream. Seasonally there are activities for the kids, bike rentals, live entertainment, volleyball, arcade and food trucks at The Village Lawn! Additional amenities: The owner is a MEMBER of the Clubhouse which allows you to enjoy the Clubhouse private amenities for a daily fee which covers your entire party and is based on the number of days you choose. You may request a tour of the Club's amenities before purchasing. The daily fee is paid in person at the Clubhouse desk. Amenities include: Indoor heated pool, seasonally heated outdoor pool with Tiki Bar & Grill, fitness center, game room, ladies and gentlemen's separate locker rooms with saunas, children's activities and access to the tennis courts.

THE AREA: Just minutes away is world class golf at Kiva Dunes and The Peninsula. You are away from the crowds, yet close to area shopping, dining and entertainment in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley. Explore The Wharf where you will find shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC 15 Movie Theater. Catch a thrill on the rides at OWA Amusement Park. Visit Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding and nature watching, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise. Stay in this wonderful condo and pinch yourself for being in the middle of it all :)

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. We lived every day! The beach was great, pool was great and kept very clean! We had plenty of things in the kitchen to cook with some days and lived the balcony! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a very easy booking, and check in and out it all was just perfect!

Just Right for the Family

Took our immediate family of nine for a three day weekend….laid by the pool until time to check in…appreciate the room being ready a little before check in…nice view of the pool and beach from our 3rd floor balcony…rooms were clean and accommodations were comfortable for all…enjoyed our meal the first evening at the Food Trucks on the Village Lawn at the entrance…good weather and good times!

Family Time

We’ve been staying at this resort off and on for over 20 plus years. It has everything that you need and would honestly never have to leave the resort unless you just wanted to.

The BEST!

Loved everything about this condo and our stay! My grandchildren 2 and 5 had a wonderful time as well as the adults. The location was great and the view spectacular! Early morning coffee on the balcony was my favorite! We had everything we needed including chairs, umbrella and floats to take to the beach!

Beautiful condo!

We had a great stay at the Beach Club and this unit was perfect for our family! Stephanie was extremely helpful and responsive, which we really appreciate. The view was beautiful, the condo had everything we could possibly need, and three bedrooms with private baths was ideal for our family with adult children. Thank you so much…we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Club Condo. Everything was really good. Perfect view of the ocean and the outdoor pool. Being on the 3rd floor made it nicer and the elevator service was exceptional. All 4 elevators actually worked!! All employees were helpful and it was a pleasure being there. We will be back!

Gorgeous!

The property was perfect. Plenty of room for our large group. Note there is an extra closet with beach supplies---that we did not discover until our last day! Make sure that you list driver of your additional parking pass or you will have few issues. Property is very private and secure. Food trucks on site and "The Hideaway" were a plus. Great trip!

Great Condo

Loved the condo and it had several nice touches that we haven't had in other condos... The walk-in shower was nice. A reclining chair was a first but oh so nice (for my hubby) and my favorite, hooks in the bathroom so you can hang your housecoat or PJs, etc. We will definitely check with Sea South Properties then next time we vacation in Gulf Shores.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Avalon. The unit was very nice and spacious! I would suggest some new cookware because the teflon is coming off but that s all. For the resort, I dont think its right to charge people $45 to park in a big spacious open parking lot. I feel this should be included with the room. On a positive note the resort was private and beautiful!

The condo was wonderful, but the grounds at the Beach Club are terrible. We have been coming here since 2001, and I have never seen it look so bad. Very disappointing. Landscaping out front from the condos was awful. (Just dirt with soaker hose halfway buried -zero grass/mulch/flowers/etc)

Beach 2025

Nice complex. 5 seniors on a girl trip. Did have issue with toilet but plumber came. He didn’t tell us it was fixed so a little miscommunication there but not a hardship. Bathrooms had soap, shampoo sets and small roll of toilet paper so be sure to bring some. Plenty of paper towels and dish soap in kitchen plus 2 pods for dishwasher and 2 pods for laundry. Dollar General 2 minutes down the road. We were not able to get Rouku working but again other channels were sufficient

Family Beach Vacation

The condo was perfect for our family vacation! The grandkids loved it as did my children who rang from 21 to 35. The location with the balcony right above the pool allowed us to enjoy watching the beach and pool. The view was incredible! The number of bathrooms in the condo worked well. We cooked several meals in the condo and only went off property twice for dinner.

Spring Break with a variety of ages

Several families from Michigan had planned spring break in Fort Morgan / Gulf Shores area. My kids enjoyed Gulf Shores in the early 2000’s & doing this “kid thing” again I love that some traditions remain the same. The Beach Club was a perfect family location! First day I had lots of time to explore & learn the lay of the land. Delighted to learn the club house had activities for the kids (indoor pool, free video games & more for rainy days). Outdoors there are tons of activities too - chess, volleyball, basketball & more. We loved the restaurant at the entrance with (again more free video games), ice cream, shopping & sitting areas. The pool & beach areas are beautiful. Highly recommended bringing your own chairs & umbrellas (it’s $40 a day to rent). Everyone was friendly & shared beach toys / games. I keep mentioning the “free videos games” because we had our granddaughter with us & I don’t allow phones / iPads at dinner. These areas provided her enjoyment & an opportunity to meet other kids. The tiki bar was fun too - even though we brought our own drinks / cups - this gave us a true Caribbean vacation feel! My only wish / complaint is there is no recycling system there & plastic cups / straws galore. Upon leaving the trash shoot area was loaded with items that should have been recycled (bottles, cans etc). We arrived at the beginning of their busy season so some restaurant / service areas were busy & service slow - but always kind & professional. Our unit was perfect! Location! Nicely appointed & lots of room for the 3 of us (this unit could have easily accommodated more but due to a family tragedy we were missing a guest). Love the extra bathroom for guest & love the outdoor closet. Most of all - loved my 3rd floor balcony office for the week.

Additional amenities: The owner is a MEMBER of the Clubhouse which allows you to enjoy the Clubhouse private amenities for a daily fee which covers your entire party and is based on the number of days you choose. You may request a tour of the Club's amenities before purchasing. The daily fee is paid in person at the Clubhouse desk. Amenities include: Indoor heated pool, seasonally heated outdoor pool with Tiki Bar & Grill, fitness center, game room, ladies and gentlemen's separate locker rooms with saunas, children's activities and access to the tennis courts.
