• All properties are contactless check-in. Standard check-in time is 4 PM–8 PM unless approved in writing. Same-day check-ins depend on the cleaning schedule.
• For non-Airbnb bookings, if a refund is due, a 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
