In a village in the heart of the Périgord Noir, pleasant detached house of 176m² on a plot of 2,670m² with a capacity of 14 beds.

In a quiet environment in the middle of greenery in the town of Rouffignac-Saint-Cernin-de-Reilhac (all shops, doctor, pharmacy....). The cottage is located in the village and is composed of:
- on the first floor a large living room of 59m² with open kitchen as well as a laundry room of 8m² for the day part.
Concerning the night part, the first floor consists of a bathroom with an extra flat basin, a separate toilet, a bedroom with a 140cm double bed, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, another bedroom with 1 160cm double bed and a 90cm single bed. Finally, a master bedroom with disabled standards (bedroom and bathroom) with a 160cm bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
- upstairs, 2 bedrooms composed of a double bed 160cm and 3 single beds 90cm for the other, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.

Presence of a wood stove in the living room and a swimming pool of 8*4m with a depth of 1.5m with access by stairs and hard cover.
Each room is equipped with sheets and towels as well as a duvet and one or two pillows. Mattress pads provided.
Baby equipment on request.
High speed Internet access by Wifi.
Terrace with large garden furniture and barbecue. Sunbeds.
Household products provided.
It is fully air-conditioned.

Proximity to the prehistoric cave of the hundred mammoths (5km) and the castle of the herm (5km also) with its story told in Jacquou le Croquant. The Périgord Noir is a region rich in history from prehistory through the 100 years war to the resistance in the Second World War (village burned by the Nazis) but also rich in its landscapes and gastronomy. Many hikes or bike rides are possible.
