Welcome to paradise on earth! This fully renovated, lakefront home is exactly what you need if relaxation and convenience are what you're going after. Blue Water is one of the very, very few houses right on the water and offers a quiet location away from the highway–not something you can find anywhere.

The main entrance will lead you straight to the first level of the home. You'll notice right away a convenient elevator that will take wheelchair users right to the second level of the home in the blink of an eye. This level hosts a spacious primary bedroom with wall-to-wall windows that allow guests to admire jaw-dropping beach and water views, direct access to the covered patio, and beachfront desk, and a full, accessible-friendly bathroom.

Upstairs is the main living space, which boasts pristine white walls, ample windows that let in plenty of natural light, and gorgeous decor that will delight your eyes the moment you step in here. The living room features an inviting sectional sofa right in front of a flatscreen Smart TV and opens up to a large wrap-around deck with splendid views of Bear Lake, an outdoor dining area, and a gas grill. This spot is complete with all the essentials to treat your loved ones to delicious cookouts. The kitchen boasts all the essentials as well, so cooking will definitely be a breeze thanks to the full-size fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining table off the kitchen seats nine. Both bedrooms on this level share access to a screened-in balcony and a full bath.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
