Great location. 12 minute walk to beach but we still drove. Parking was easy both at the complex and at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and spacious. Mattresses were comfortable. AC was good. Beach amenities could use updating (umbrella was broken). Overall very pleased with experience and would stay here again.

We loved the location right on the ocean. The unit was very well furnished with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the special birthday welcome basket that was filled with an abundance of goodies.

Perfect oceanfront condo! Best location so very close to Poipu Beach. Condo was well appointed and very well stocked, comfortable and clean. Management was very responsive to our concerns and resolved problems quickly!Hope to return to this beautiful condo!

The view is wonderful. The sound of the waves is constant, in a good way. However, you had better check in at 4 pm or suffer not getting in for a very long time. Also, the rental car you bring from the airport may not have a space to park and unload. If you finally find a space late at night, you will find a warning ticket on your car the next morning.

Loved the view

Love the access to the beautiful views with the water splashing up over the rocks. The closeness to the pool and access to the rest of the island was great.

Nice Condo

Stay was great! Condo had all the things to enjoy the beach and a nice pool. Kitchen was complete with everything we needed to cook. A relaxing stay.

Trip of a lifetime

Poipu shores 101A was as advertised, but better! We loved the location of the condo in the complex and in the town. It was clean, homey, and well equipped/appointed. We would definitely stay here again!

Kauai vacation

Great spot, very comfortable beds. Location great. Beautiful setting. Lots of great sunsets. Pool very close and accessible. Close to Poipu beach and Hawaiian green turtles!

Best view on Poipu

This place is amazing and I would come back here in a heartbeat! Walk right outside to see the waves crash on the rocks and incredible sunrise and sunset! Perfect access on first floor right next to the pool too!

Beautiful Oceanside stay

This was a beautiful, nicely updated property right next to the ocean and steps from the pool. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed seeing sea turtles just over the wall from the pool area. Good proximity to restaurants. A/C worked well. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a central location on the south side.

vacation in poipu

Short walk to a great beach right from unit 101A lanai. Walk out to very nice lawn with sunset views. Great pool- perfect water temperature and right above the waves. Condo has all the amenities. Great place for a relaxing vacation.

Great location near the pool!

We enjoyed our stay here and everything was clean and well equipped. This unit is not as updated as others that we saw in the same building and there are no tvs in the bedrooms but it wasn’t a big deal because we were rarely there. The turtles in the cove were a highlight for us, as were the dolphins and whales! Very easy walk to the beaches and the pool was warm enough to enjoy in November!

Gorgeous Poipu Location

Wonderful condo! Lovely, comfortable bed and furnishings. Large, well stocked kitchen. Just me and my husband on this trip, so lots of space, but 2 bedrooms, so would be perfect for 4. Loved the first floor patio with lawn and ocean view just out the door. Pool access right out the door as well, spectacular sunset views every night!
